At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

We completely transformed our backyard, and the final result exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Sean was communicative, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. He made sure we understood every phase of the project, kept us updated, and always followed through on what he promised. What really stood out, though, was his level of commitment. More than once I texted him late at night with a question, specifically telling him there was no rush to respond until the next day--and almost every time he answered anyway. That kind of dedication is rare. The project included removing our old concrete patio, regrading the yard, installing new pavers, artificial turf, a beautiful Alumawood patio cover with lighting and ceiling fans, new vinyl fencing and gate, and several other improvements. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the backyard is now a space our family uses every day. One thing I'll remember most is how Sean interacted with our family. We have two young boys who were absolutely fascinated by every stage of the construction.
