HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Buying a car and needing immediate insurance so I can drive it home, I called Farmers on a whim, and Dan Kitajima answered. Dan was great, as he took me through a formal question and answer session to assess my needs. Had a really nice experience with a Farmers Agent Isabel Nishimoto. I recently needed to obtain an SR 22 and found a reasonable rate with Farmers. I had called 1 other Insurance company that was trying to charge me double the fees that Farmers charged me. I'm glad I called them for an estimate. I thought they would be very expense turns out they were not. Progressive insurance would not even insure me. Anyhow the agent made the experience less embarrassing and actually quiet easy.
