Substantial policy cost increases every renewal despite not having any incidents to cause them. I had to call and email multiple times to speak to anyone about the reason for the increase and they just said it was their policy to increase the cost at every renewal (and we're talking 25%!!!) Bait and switch to get you to sign up and hope you don't notice as they increase the costs. read more

Do not recommended gave them multiple chances to stop charging me unnecessary fees Let alone fix the glitch issue in there system I spoke to Laura , Enrique , Catalina , Genesis , Joseph they would always say I'll call you back and never would It's almost like a joke to run a business how they run it , it amazes me that what they do is even "legal" Got charged multiple "surprise fees" I got fed up and canceled with them even had to write a letter on why canceling and in the letter it says getting charged for unnecessary fees They sent a bill to collections for 265 dollars for something I never even owed they can't even explain what that bill is for what a joke. It's almost like they make up bills just because they feel like it and there is nothing you can do about it. I just payed it cause my credit is worth more than 265 dollars moral to the story is use someone else for insurance they are a scam and these guys will bang you for every buck you have every way they can Farmers in general is usually good you would think , so there is decent brokers out there don't get me wrong but this broker Dan kitajima is a fraud and I'd give negative stars if I could read more

I've been a customer for my auto insurance needs since 2009, when Mercury would no longer cover me because of my ugly driving record. I needed my auto insurance verification faxed over to my auto finance company and within 1hr of receiving my request, not only had they faxed the requested info, but called and confirmed my coverage with them as well.
