Kathy answered all my questions thoroughly and was very patient with explaining the products to me. I have two personal autos insured through the Farmer Kitajima Agency, as well as renters insurance. My daughter Christine Humphries added me to her policy she is a sweetheart. They don't charge a broker fee ever. I was able to get full coverage for 299 for six months with a $500 deductible a car rental plus lockout and tow. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. My policy kept going up in price without a notice or anything. It increased 3 times in a year. I called and spoke to Jasmine who said she would email me some documents I needed to fill out and never heard back from her. Diana was really sweet and helpful but the experience with this company was horrible. I switched to Geico and I'm saving $40 a month. read more
