Everyone was wearing a mask, and there was hand sanitizer available right when you walk in. I needed to transfer my car registration from one state to another and was prepared for a headache since all of my DMV appointments were cancelled. Although the DMV would not charge a fee on top of paying for baseline registration, third parties have the right to. With that being said, the agent who was helping me through this process helped negotiate these fees given competitor prices I had seen around the area and due to the necessity of the situation. The agent even went out in 90 degree weather to help yank out a stuck bolt on my license plate. Small acts of kindness like these helped show BCIS's commitment to the customer.
