They took the time to walk me through my options, found me a homeowners policy, and helped me save money in the process. A year later, they proactively found me an even better insurance company that lowered my premium, and then helped me save even more by bundling my home and auto insurance. Their customer service is outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure I understand everything, answer all my questions, and even work directly with my mortgage company and auto insurance provider to make the entire process seamless. I truly appreciate their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to helping their clients. I pretty much didn't know what I had and if I was paying for coverage I didn't need or if I had duplicate coverage. Again, I found Pavel to be a pleasure to work with.

When Josh ran the office, the service was excellent--he returned calls promptly, communicated clearly, and always looked for ways to save us money with multiple policies. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the quality of service declined. Communication became very poor, and I often had to wait weeks for a response. Several of my policies were also set up incorrectly, which cost me extra money each month. I have since switched agents, and the difference has been night and day. While it's disappointing that I had to leave the office to receive the level of service I expect and deserve, I'm glad I made the change.
