I screamed then he stopped. It was bleeding and he didn't give me anything to wipe. He didn't even apologize. Instead, he said that "this will leave you scar on your face" with an extremely unprofessional voice. (If this will leave scar, it is all because of you!!!) Before he left the room, he didn't give me anything to cover my bleeding wound. I even had to ask him if "I could please get a bandaid?" The whole process was rushed and unprofessional. At 50 years old, choosing facial surgery was a significant decision, and I spent a great deal of time researching my options. Dr. Long performed my deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty. I appreciated his professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and the time he took to answer all of my questions. His staff was equally exceptional, kind, welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I carefully followed all of the pre-operative and post-operative instructions, and my recovery has progressed exactly as expected. One thing that truly amazed me was that I had virtually no bruising after surgery. While I experienced the expected swelling, it has steadily improved each day.
