Called after five 30 day lenses folded up on themselves in 28 days. Went in to return the contact lenses, and that member of staff came out to double down on his rudeness, focusing that I had used the word "s-h-I-t" rather than trying to correct the lens situation, and made me realize they're a franchise chain similar to McDonalds and I only went there because they purchased my contact info from my retiring eye doctor. got my money back and left forever. Edit to reply: I already contacted your main site, but will be taking my business to a reputable local eye doctor. And thanks to "just give him his prescription and let him get them somewhere else," I saved $35 shopping 1800 contacts!

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the bickering among staff members--primarily between the staff and Dr. Miller. Everything from short, irritated, responses, to rolling eyes and escalating voice volume, it was really unprofessional and made a significant first impression upon me. Dr. Miller herself was kind enough but came across as mildly disinterested in the questions I had, noting that she would answer them after she had examined my eyes. (I never got the chance to ask her again and gain any input.) Overall, my experience felt rushed alongside irritated staff members and an exhausted Dr. Miller. I understand that everyone has bad days at the office--or anywhere, for that matter. And I certainly understand being exasperated with co-workers. But to handle oneself like that in front of patients (let alone first-timers) really set a bad precedent. I haven't been back since, though I continued to get text message reminders and emails for a lonnnng time afterward (Gail G., I feel your pain there, sister). I'm not sure what would need to change at their practice, though I see they've merged with Dr. Weaver now. Hopefully that's been an improvement for them. I've chosen Drs. Manning and Rommel in Lancaster for my eye care and couldn't be happier. I encourage you to try Dr. Miller out, but keep other options open as well.

I like this office and the staff a lot and have recommended it to friends and family. Dr. Miller has excellent knowledge in her field and keeps up with the newest technologies and methods. Her staff is friendly, considerate, and professional. I go in from time to time between eye exams to get my reading glasses adjusted, and Gail has always been extremely accommodating about taking care of the fixes on a walk-in basis. All in all, good people in a good office setting, easy to get to, and great with their follow up to patients.

I recently visited Target Optical in Lititz, PA because I needed my glasses repaired while I was on…read morea trip. A screw needed to be replaced. I was helped by a young woman, who repaired my glasses and replaced the nose pads. When I asked how much that was going to cost, she said no charge, but we would love a review on Yelp. Happy to oblige! She also adjusted my boyfriend's glasses that were loose and replaced the nose pads on his glasses as well. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she was great! Thanks a bunch!
