The a/c is not set to freezing so when you're wearing paper your teeth are not chattering. I've never been kept waiting too long either. The office staff and nurses are all nice too. They also have mammography right next door and will schedule your check up and mammogram back to back so it's just one visit.

The last time I went (and this is not the first time it occurred) I had an appointment with Dr. Narendran but instead they sent in a PA. Not that there is anything wrong with seeing a PA often they are better than the doctor (in fact my granddaughter is a PA). But as I said yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back. I sat in the Exam room for one hour ... YES exactly one hour no one came in to say sorry he is running behind or anything I just sat there. I went to the desk and said I want my co-pay back I am not waiting any longer. They said are you sure I said yes and they gave me back the co-pay. No follow-up call saying they were sorry Zilch!

Susan the phlebotomist is super sweet and is very positive with her pretty decorated office. Brittany at the side desk is super nice to all her patients . The girl that greets you is very nice too. Forgot her nane. There was one girl in front, Cosenta was very nasty but thank God shes gone. Ppl are dying that come to this office and they need extra TLC when walking into any hema/oncologist office. The only downswing to this office is if you need a 4 hour chemo session your loved ones have to wait outside unlike my husbands oncologist. I was able to be with him the whole session. If i ever needed chemo id have to change oncologists for this reason. You never know how long youll live while going thru it Eddie the chemo nurse is very efficient.
