The first appointment, which I showed up to, had been canceled without them contacting me, I had changed plans and rushed to get there. The second appointment I waited for an hour and a half. I was just about to walk out when she walked in. The third appointment. A gentleman that signed right before had a later appointment, but they took him in before me, 25 minute wait. The fourth appointment they called me the day before to tell me the appointment had been canceled, she asked if I can come in that day. NO! I already changed work scedule for the next day. Then afterthe original appointment date I received a call telling me I "missed" my appointment, and they scheduled me for another day in the future. I calledand spoke with the same wman, JAMIE, and started explaing the situation, she hung-up on me. I called back and started explaining again, she interrupted me and asked if I was callling to make another apppointment. I started telling her I would never step in their office again, but she didb't hear it all because she hung-up on me again.
