This is the first time I've ever had someone truly help coordinate care between my specialists. She spends more than enough time going over everything and I never feel rushed. The fellows I've met that work with her are great as well, and it's nice that you can get same-day appointments with an office that knows you (urgent care won't see me because I'm complex; my last office often just sent me to the ER for basic things). Dr. Wayland and her team saw me in the hospital as well - they swooped in and gave me the care I needed just as another hospitalist tried to discharge me completely unstable. Having worked in healthcare prior to disability, I'm pretty picky about who is on my care team, but I feel confident in her abilities, AND she's nice. Rare combination :) Also the way I even found her was by recommendation from some of my specialists whom I really trust, which says something, too. Other people mention the phone service - I've only used it twice but it was painless. She checks her patient portal regularly so if it's a basic question I use that.

Letter was incomplete, inaccurate, and not usable like for example the provider name looks like it was cut out and photocopied. I can't submit this to a professional company for housing ! What a joke ! Sinclair has very concerning behavior toward women, and even his staff appears to be aware of it. He's a perv! I would strongly recommend avoiding him as a provider. That comment was insulting and completely unprofessional. She continued criticizing me for not helping her remove a bandage from my patient's foot, even though she never asked for assistance. From what I observed, this was a task she was handling on her own. If she needed help, she could have simply asked instead of attacking my work ethic. She then contacted my employer, which felt like an attempt to make me look bad after the way she had spoken to me. I came there to do my job and ensure my patient arrived for care, not to be belittled by clinic staff. Working with patients and other healthcare workers requires basic respect and clear communication. Bri's behavior showed neither. Management needs to address her conduct and consider whether this is the standard of professionalism they want representing their clinic.
