I am very selective and particular about medical care being in the medical field myself, but I can say that without any reservation whatsoever, I highly recommend this practice to all!!

She has some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced--warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to really listen to every concern I have and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Fast forward to my appointment day... Everyone in this office was extremely nice and polite. The nurse that took my vitals and verified my forms and health history was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Dr. Patel came in, introduced herself, verified all of my information and asked several questions about my history and health. B.R. - Since you went out of your way to disparage my review, I must respond…read more FYI, my two other opinions were made by my Internal Medicine doctor who was in charge of my BHRT therapy, which was directly related to this procedure that Dr. Bayer recommended, and the other opinion was from another OB/GYN, which was needed when Bayer and my Internist disagreed on the need for the procedure. The second OB/GYN, who also does BHRT therapy, confirmed that I did not need the procedure. Dr. Bayer should have returned my phone calls to discuss this matter further since coordinated care is vitally important when a patient is on BHRT therapy. You should not criticize someone when you know nothing about their experience. I stand by my prior review.

At my 6 week pp appointment, I had to change my son before we left, I wrapped his diaper up and threw it out. When I mentioned that, they said not to throw it in the restroom, which I didn't! So I kindly asked where would they like me to throw it out at? Since I didn't mind digging it out the trash and placing it where they would like! Which the woman at front desk making appointments kindly replied, "it's fine, we'll get it. No worries" I walked out to schedule my next appointment, and I can hear this lady asking what room I was in... she went out of her way to dig my sons diaper out of the trash with her gloves on, place it in a ziplock bag and had it off to me in the waiting room while making gestures, as if she was disgusted with my infants dirty diaper... in an OB office where this isn't new to her... this bothered me instantly! But I understood, and let it go until I no longer did! Why? Because this week I was at a diabetes doctor appointment with my father, and again, I had to change my infant, and when I asked front desk for a ziplock bag for the dirty diaper, to avoid the same embarrassing interaction again elsewhere! The woman there took it out of my hands with her bare hands and threw it out for me! Might not seem like a big deal to most! But it was to me, I commute an hour to see my doctor. I'm also very fresh postpartum! A gentle approach like the woman who made my appointment was attempting to take, was what I needed until the manager decided to go out her way for her own satisfaction.
