Dr Pass was great! All the Doctors here were outstanding!…read more Now regarding the office: the staff are nice, there is always ample parking, and the wait times are not long. The bathrooms are always clean too and likewise the exam rooms. The phone staff for appointments are also professional and helpful and there are no long, wait times on the phone. There is also a very efficient process for filling out forms online prior to the visit as well! I am very selective and particular about medical care being in the medical field myself, but I can say that without any reservation whatsoever, I highly recommend this practice to all!!

Dr. Patel was recommended by my primary doctor and I have to admit, she is THE BEST OB I've ever had. I've seen her twice so far, and she has truly been exceptional. She has some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced--warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to really listen to every concern I have and answers all of my questions thoroughly. I also appreciate how she offers thoughtful suggestions and problem-solves with me rather than rushing through the appointment. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and well taken care of. I'm very grateful to have her as my OB and highly recommend her!

I called the office to make a new patient appointment and I was extremely impressed with the service received. I made my appointment short of two months in advance but had to call back about a week before my appointment to reschedule. Again, the customer service was top notch. Fast forward to my appointment day... Everyone in this office was extremely nice and polite. The nurse that took my vitals and verified my forms and health history was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Dr. Patel came in, introduced herself, verified all of my information and asked several questions about my history and health. She has great bedside manners, made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions and took her time doing so. I honestly loved my experience and can't recommend her enough.

Anna was my nurse and she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Isdith is always so caring and listens to you when you ask questions and takes the time to give you all the answers. After my exam Anna was the sweetest most genuine person. She directed me to the check out area and that's when I met Naomi. I had to schedule another appt and as I was there, there was so much going on in the front area and all of the girls seemed like they work so well with each other. Naomi was so on top of everything she was doing it was so impressive! I highly reccomend this office!

B.R. - Since you went out of your way to disparage my review, I must respond…read more FYI, my two other opinions were made by my Internal Medicine doctor who was in charge of my BHRT therapy, which was directly related to this procedure that Dr. Bayer recommended, and the other opinion was from another OB/GYN, which was needed when Bayer and my Internist disagreed on the need for the procedure. The second OB/GYN, who also does BHRT therapy, confirmed that I did not need the procedure. Dr. Bayer should have returned my phone calls to discuss this matter further since coordinated care is vitally important when a patient is on BHRT therapy. You should not criticize someone when you know nothing about their experience. I stand by my prior review.

However, their office is near to IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. There have been times where I would call during business hours and the phone would just ring and ring with no answer. Dr Adler and his staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating to me. A new patient,…read morethey made me feel at ease right away. I received a very thorough exam plus consultation. I love that Dr Adler is pro-BioHRT as so many OB's are not educated in this part of the OB/GYN field and blindly tell their patients to stay away from it, while it has so many pro health, not to mention life improving, benefits. I highly recommend that any woman who has questions about whether this is the right path to take for their health, get to this practice for a consult. Women's OB/GYN health care even beyond childbearing, is so much more than a yearly screening, it has potential life changing benefits when handled by someone who cares to take the time and has invested the time to have the knowledge. Many OB/GYN MDs are working on old information regarding HRT and are denying their patients the chance at a much improved life.
