When I raised this with the owner, she claimed they would need to disassemble the entire pocket just to repair a small hole. I asked if anyone there knew how to use a needle and thread. She shrugged and said, "It's $15." No apology, no offer to correct the mistake. Now I have to take the jersey somewhere else to have the job done properly. Whether this was incompetence or simply a lack of care, the result is the same -- I won't be returning.

Her uniforms have been tailored to fit her like a glove but have enough give to last her the entire year. She has sensory issues and hates certain closures so he's also taken extra care to add a heavy duty metal clasp on the side which has been much easier for her to get in and out of. I recently had my stepfather go get a suit tailored and Saeid completely transformed his this for him. He's in his 80s and he's never had a suit tailored like that in his lifetime. I highly recommend him for his suit tailoring skills. Any comments about his store hours - I've never had an issue with this. However, he is the only one working at the shop. There's no way for someone running a shop solo to never be able to leave. Not realistic. Just call ahead to make sure he's in or make an appointment.

When I told her I wanted a slit, she pinned it conservatively so she wouldn't make it too high, then had me come back to try it out and we decided to make the slit go higher. She also educated me on the different bustle types and gave me great recommendations for everything. It was all done by the 3rd visit and the turn-around times were only days apart!
