I know I posted before but it's been about a year and we are still going strong with Michelle. I…read moredon't push my daughter to play the piano or practice and I don't care how quickly she learns so she is totally free to make this her own thing. She however, has learned enough to perform. She's performed at a venue before the pandemic and now she's performed online. This has given her so much more confidence. It is such a delight to hear her play and I know she enjoys it because I never made her. I know however, that some parents expect a certain measure of practical piano progress in their children and if you're looking for that, Michelle is great! She works with kids to help them practice on their own and assigns light homework to keep them directed. Michelle offers online instruction and also in-home instruction but with very strict infection control regulations. She is very cautious and cares about not spreading disease. That is why we choose online instruction. It's easy and is still totally effective! Thank you, Michelle for all that you do!

About a year ago I decided to start playing again and I found Don on Yelp. He has so much knowledge and experience about the piano, and is very open to different musical genres of the piano. He has been willing to work with me in regards to my schedule and is very patient and understanding, which has been extremely helpful because I am married with a 3 year old. My experience with Don has been great and I highly recommend! When my son is old enough he will definitely be taking piano lessons with Don

I had a horrible experience last week with Ryan and store manager Danny. I went to return the bell…read morekit I had been renting for several years too long. The equipment was lost in a divorce/death of a family members home. I have never missed a payment up until July of this year, as a result of my debit card being stolen and having to cancel it. When customer service called to get an updated card, I explained I had already been renting it way too long, from when my son was in junior high and he is now grown and a US Marine. I would rather return what I did have in my possession than give another credit card. Customer service told me I had rented it for so long that the instrument belonged to me but to go return it and be prepared to walk out with it based on the equity I had. Ryan was trying to do his job but needed assistance from Danny who was absolutely horrible. He was rude, condescending and had zero customer service skills, while going back and forth with me in front of another customer. The instrument I owned at that point, Danny and Ryan said I could not take it so they basically stole something that belonged to me. Danny was absolutely horrible. Ryan was following his managers lead but for them to take an instrument that costumer service said was mine is despicable. Shame on you Ryan and Danny for your lack of professionalism, especially in front of other customers. I spoke to customer service again today and I filed a complaint. If you don't know how to work with customers and be kind, you should find another profession.
