Fortunately, I came to the funeral and saw my flowers. The way the card was written up, it was obvious that a person did not look at it to make sure that it was correct. There were five families in together on this bouquet, and all the names ran together, like one word, no spaces. It was super difficult to even tell whose names were on the card, and it was even run together with the message that I left on there Ex: celebrating her victorybill&sherrywright. Super disappointed. Also, the bouquet was pretty small for what I paid for it.

She was not only polite and courteous, but she helped give me information about the plants, so I could make a decision which one to get!! I will always order from House of Flowers in the future!! I am not from California; I don't know how that got on there! TWO HOURS after the service, during the reception, my husband went looking for our plant because we did not see it on the alter. Nowhere to be found, so I called House of Flowers and they "forgot!" I could either have them deliver it to the church (not many people were left at the reception) or have it delivered to someone's house. I was not given the option to cancel. My husband called back and canceled. I will not go there again.

We also shared a muffin and they warmed it up for us. There were only a few other people in the cafe at the same time as us so we got our drinks/food pretty fast. The inside was so cute and it was perfect for hanging out or studying. We walked around on the other side of the cafe and they had a lot of cute little gifts. I sensed a hippopotamus theme going on, super fun and festive. I didn't see many flowers, but couldve missed it. If you go to their instagram page, you'll find gorgeous flower arrangements. Very personal and professional. I believe they do big events too such as weddings. It looks like there is an event space there. My daughter and I had a rice crispy treat and eggnog matcha at the cafe. Everything was so good. I loved the games available for customers to play. What we purchased at the cafe was worth every single penny! We'll definitely come back for the Pinot affogato and food. The employees were extremely helpful and nice.
