She was not only polite and courteous, but she helped give me information about the plants, so I could make a decision which one to get!! I will always order from House of Flowers in the future!! I am not from California; I don't know how that got on there! TWO HOURS after the service, during the reception, my husband went looking for our plant because we did not see it on the alter. Nowhere to be found, so I called House of Flowers and they "forgot!" I could either have them deliver it to the church (not many people were left at the reception) or have it delivered to someone's house. I was not given the option to cancel. My husband called back and canceled. I will not go there again.

They easily accommodated my wishes (and my somewhat late in the day request) and the order was quite reasonably priced. They reconfirmed details both on the phone and then in a follow up text message. When my friends received the bouquet (precisely on time) they were ecstatic! It was exactly what I wanted as the pictures my friends sent confirmed. The Love It folks even sent me a confirmation text with a photo of the arrangement.
