No apology, thanks for your patience, etc. Once tag was removed she rang up the sale. Didn't give my daughter the total. My daughter paid and realized she was charged full price. Told the clerk the piece was on sale (which was clearly marked on the tag). No apology or recognition of a mistake. Great selection of clothing, however. If service would have been better I would have considered trying on more clothes. We will not return. Very disappointing.

Tag Ink & Thread was the supplier for our shirts for the Nebraska State Fair Marathon presented by Pump & Pantry. The whole process was great to work with. Helped pick out the style. We sent the design and they did some work and made it even better than we did and the shirts turned out awesome. This is the 3rd year of the race and first of working with Tag. We had no bad shirts or bad printing. Don't take you're extended range guitars here...they obviously don't even have the knowledge to fix…read moreor work on them...I took my schecter omen 8 string for a re sting and full set up with MY D'addario's 8 string set that are MADE for my type of guitar...well I guess they didn't wanna use those so they stole my strings and put "ernie balls" on instead and if you are a well experienced guitarist you will know almost immediately that those are not your strings...looked at the receipt and it said they replaced 2 of the strings because THEY broke them...one of them that they crammed into my low #F tuning head was a high string for a bass...didn't even ask, just went ahead and did it...and I have hip shot tuning heads I installed and they broke it and tried to hide it! Literally just forced it in there...i was so frustrated all I could do was laugh. When I called then out they reimbursed me 15 dollars for my strings that THEY broke then when a couple days later I'm playing and of course like 3 of them snap because ernie ball sucks when it comes to strings...went to restring it and noticed the damage and not ONE of my strings I gave them to put on it was on it "hint hint" the balls are different colors AND my strings cost almost 20 bucks and they only gave me 15 back and they HAVE my strings I gave them there so why couldn't they just have used another D'addario set?...the action is all messed up they used different gauge strings...and now literally the only 8 string guitar that I have is absolutely trashed right now...I will not be going back there ever again...just save yourself the time and don't do it...take it somewhere more PROFESSIONAL they obviously just want your money and don't give a damn about how much music means to you and well...now i can't play for a long time cause I don't have the money to fix it.
