I paid the $100 for delivery and the day before delivery I was told it was not ready and I had to schedule out another 1-2 weeks. I requested a refund to my delivery fee as their part of the deal was not upheld. I was told to call customer service where they went back and fourth with me for 20 minutes saying all they could give me was $23 off. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.

Cinnamon rolls, pizza were sold out.(1pm) I wanted to pay cash, but noticed after ordering upon the kiosk that bringing the receipt to the counter to pay with cash wasn't an option so I used my card. It'd be really nice is there was a tray concept by the front end of the stores eating area, even tho it's a short distance. It's a lot to carry 5 hot dogs in two hands, with drinks and chips, and that's if you even have both hands available. I noticed that the dining area was lacking attention. So I have some suggestions * have a self serve wipe bucket or spray+wipes accessible for guests to take wipe down table incase employee isn't available. * It'd be nice if the hotdog wrapper were a bit larger so that it's could actually be wrapped so that there's no worry about condiments slipping out of the sides onto clothes. They have a grapefruit mint candle that is natural and smells refreshing, and I wanted to get that again. When we arrived, it was about 20 minutes prior to closing, but we decided to go in for a quick looksee. I pay attention to customer service and if the vibe is welcoming and this visit it was NOT! We did not get a hello or welcome. When paying for my candle, the owner said hello, my total, and asked me to punch in my card pin. Honestly, it felt as if we were stepping on toes for entering their shop close to closing. We weren't the last customers in the shop, and we were left the store 10 minutes prior to closing. When we left, the owner immediately ran outside and pulled in her sign and closed the door. My friend and I both talked about how unwelcomed we felt, and unfortunately, we decided we will not be coming back here. It has nothing to do with the items inside the shop, but it is a crummy feeling when you want to support a small business but are left feeling rushed and unappreciated.
