When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. For $5,000 they could probably take the time to loosen the brackets before yanking on the downspouts. They could put the dirt below the turf pieces instead of the other way around, and they could show up to their appointments, or at least provide a phone call if they cannot.
