They let you set an appointment, which I've never seen before for an inspection. When I arrived, the building was incredibly clean with a cozy waiting room and multiple phone charging stations. All the staff were professional and courteous, and kept me updated about the necessary repairs to pass inspection. But my FAVORITE part was that they sent me a list of every part on the car they inspected, with pictures of each part and a rationale for why it passed or not. I was floored by the transparency and found it extremely helpful. I highly recommend Endurance and will be back in the future!

However, Sunday morning when I backed out of my garage to meet family for brunch in downtown Lynchburg, I heard a weird crunching sound. That being said, I was more than satisfied by the end of my visit. Not only did I get my tires rotated and oil changed, but the folks at the shop topped up my fluids for basically free. And if that wasn't good enough, they did it all within an hour of me dropping off my car and gave me a reasonable rate as well. I was able to pick up my car after work without any problems and left feeling great. A co-worker of mine also visited this shop to get a new tire and was given equally quick and quality service for a reasonable price! I don't know what the negative reviews could be about because everyone I met there was friendly and helpful.
