They are amazing. Friendly staff, great customer service, and speedy work! Best part, I was able to…read morebe seen same day and get the work done same day! Definitely will come back again when I need something!

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more I can forgive delays. I can forgive parts being backordered. I can forgive a shop getting behind schedule. What I cannot forgive is being lied to repeatedly. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment and dropped my car off around 10:00 a.m. for a tune-up and new spark plugs. I was specifically told they would look at it that day and keep me updated with text messages and pictures. That never happened. After hearing absolutely nothing all day, I called around 4:30 p.m. and was told they were "waiting on parts" and would finish the job the next day. The following day, I called again around noon. This time I was told my car was actively being worked on, the technicians had gone to lunch, and it should be ready around 2:30. That was a complete fabrication. I drove to the shop around 1:00 p.m. My car was sitting exactly where I had left it. It had not been moved. It had not been pulled into a bay. It had not even been touched. When I confronted the front desk, the response wasn't an apology. It wasn't an explanation. It was, "Well, I said I was pretty sure." No--you told me it was being worked on. That was the moment I realized I could no longer trust a single thing this business told me. If they're willing to lie so casually about whether they've even started working on your vehicle, why would anyone believe them about what repairs are needed, what parts were replaced, or what work was actually completed? Trust is everything in the automotive repair industry. Once that's gone, nothing else matters. I took my keys, took my spark plugs, and took my business elsewhere. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to ask themselves one simple question: If they can't be honest about whether your car has even been moved, what else are they willing to be dishonest about?
