Thankfully they released me from my contract 7 months in instead on giving me any reassurance since I've seen no change and I let them know I was not comfortable paying anything further unless they were able to offer me some type of guarantee. So they just said ok, find another company, goodbye. I have used this company since April and the first time was very thorough and professional, after that it went downhill. The second time, the guy showed up to the wrong home 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame, we were not home and thankfully pulled in when he was in my neighbors driveway. He spent 5 minutes spraying and then spent the rest of the visit complaining about how rude my neighbor was to him. So third visit, they showed up UNANNOUNCED without speaking to me about a scheduled time or date and then billed me for $101 to spray for ants that I don't even have, because I was not home? I would NOT recommend this company. The local customer service rep i spoke to was not polite or helpful at all. I will not pay for this service until someone comes back to my home to do what I'm paying for in the first place. Go to a local place that doesn't rope you into a year contract or try to charge for poor service. Fast forward 6 months later. Still having the original issue we started with. Tech came back for an in-between spray because we have not seen much of a difference after 6 MONTHS!!! Again showed up 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame. Third time not showing up during their scheduled time frame. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

This time, sat in house and watched him...same thing! Here no more than 4 min, big house...when I called the office she said a bald guy answered the door....not possible. No bald guys here! These things are buried into the ground with bait. I called the main office. Requested they call me before sending someone out and requested they send someone out immediately to actually inspect. Next year the same thing. Had to call them back again, and inspect. One year the guy only removed the tops and looked in. Most were covered in dirt. Had to call them back out and inspect. Sadly they still do not call and do not inspect. This company can not follow customer instructions, they never call before a visit. Each time I know they have not inspected because many units are still covered in dirt. Or not even in the ground. Be careful trusting for them to be responsible.

One of the terms of the lease where I live is that pet owners have their carpet treated for fleas professionally after they move out as a prophylactic measure. Of course our move-out date had to fall on a weekend, so I had to call around forever before finding someone who would do it over the weekend. I found this guy's listing in the phone book under Anytime Pest Control. I told him what needed to be done, he quoted me a price, and I told him the date and time we would need him to come do it. He repeated the date and time back to me and said he had me down for that date. Fast forward to today, I decided I wanted to give him a call just to double check we were still on. Thank God I decided to do that, because he said he'd thought it was LAST Saturday we needed him to come do the treatment, and to boot, he'd lost our number. I politely informed him that no, we agreed to this COMING Saturday (I remember very clearly him telling the right date back to me, that he "had me down" for that date, and I wrote it down in my calendar and everything), and then he just said he'd have to call me back because he was on a job! Before ending the call, I reminded him of the original time he'd committed to, which was late afternoon. He said he didn't know if he could do late afternoon on a Saturday even though he'd previous committed to that when we booked my original appointment. Later on in the day we found another solution to our problem and so I let him know we would no longer be needing his services. I unfortunately can't rate him on his actual work, because he wrote the date down wrong AND lost my contact information. I find that to be highly unprofessional. He needs to keep an actual ledger or something to write down appointments with clients, and also don't make your clients who do call you feel like they're being a burden to you because you're "on a job" and blow them off, because then that client will decide they no longer want to give you their business.
