How much wood does a woodchuck chuck? Apparently a whole helluva lot! It will also burrow under…read moreyour garage, deck and house until the whole works collapses into the ground. Luckily a neighbor of ours recommended Lee Trusler at Wildlife Removal Company. I called Lee on Monday morning and told him we had a woodchuck (aka groundhog) in our yard. He fit us into his schedule and set up a trap around 5pm. He told me woodchucks are active at twilight. Sure enough, by 8pm the varmint was in the live trap. I called Lee and he came to pick the trap up the following morning. Lee does not destroy the wild animals he traps. He releases them onto rural property with the property owner's approval. (He had three young skunks in his truck when he came to pick up the woodchuck) Not only does Wildlife Removal trap animals, but they will also do the clean up if you end up with a bat or flying squirrel or other creature in your house. Current charge is $150 for the first animal and $100 for subsequent animals. Fortunately for us, as Lee explained, woodchucks are solitary animals. A lot of people think that Monroe County will trap wildlife for free, but they do not. You are better off hiring a licensed and insured company to do it for you. Highly recommend Wildlife Removal Company.

He also caught 3 raccoons, who may have been under another part of the porch. As the other reviewer mentioned, he traps and relocates. I did not want to worry that someone's pet would get hurt so the live trap was important to me. Lee was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him. I picked his name from a list I got at the DNR website, so it was just good luck that I called him.

Let me start with if i could give 0 stars o would. Please read reviews before hiring this…read morecompany!!! Thankfully they released me from my contract 7 months in instead on giving me any reassurance since I've seen no change and I let them know I was not comfortable paying anything further unless they were able to offer me some type of guarantee. So they just said ok, find another company, goodbye. I have used this company since April and the first time was very thorough and professional, after that it went downhill. The second time, the guy showed up to the wrong home 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame, we were not home and thankfully pulled in when he was in my neighbors driveway. He spent 5 minutes spraying and then spent the rest of the visit complaining about how rude my neighbor was to him. So third visit, they showed up UNANNOUNCED without speaking to me about a scheduled time or date and then billed me for $101 to spray for ants that I don't even have, because I was not home? I would NOT recommend this company. The local customer service rep i spoke to was not polite or helpful at all. I will not pay for this service until someone comes back to my home to do what I'm paying for in the first place. Go to a local place that doesn't rope you into a year contract or try to charge for poor service. Fast forward 6 months later. Still having the original issue we started with. Tech came back for an in-between spray because we have not seen much of a difference after 6 MONTHS!!! Again showed up 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame. Third time not showing up during their scheduled time frame. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

Hired this business for pest and rodent control. Last 2 times they say they came I checked security…read morecameras. Were here for just a few minutes, left sprayer by truck and threw a few handful of granuals around house. Called to complain they said I had to give them video proof. This time, sat in house and watched him...same thing! Here no more than 4 min, big house...when I called the office she said a bald guy answered the door....not possible. No bald guys here! Again told I had to prove with video. This company is a scam! Not reputable at all!! Go someplace else. Sharing with neighbors! Will lose more than my business! Don't waste your money!!

I needed to get my newly adopted puppies vaccinated for leptospirosis quick because I live on a…read morerural creek property with much wildlife risk. The fastest option I could find was a vaccine clinic run through the Monroe County Humane Association, where they received a first leptospirosis shot from Jim Koch. I hustled them into the car and spent the entire day driving them from Terre Haute to make sure they were protected. However, no one told me a booster was required. Nothing was printed, nothing was on the receipt, and nothing was said verbally even though I presented the shelter vaccination records with at check in. I ASKED what other shots they needed. Nothing. As a result, my dogs were under-protected for months on a creek property where exposure risk is high, and now they have to be revaccinated to catch up. In other words, they were almost certainly exposed when protection mattered most and are now receiving additional doses afterward and at more expense. When I contacted the executive director of the Humane Association, he vaguely said the information had been "available," but could not explain where it had been provided or in what format. Instead of addressing the issue, the response shifted toward suggesting I was criticizing their mission. That misses the point entirely. If a clinic is going to administer vaccinations, owners should leave knowing exactly what boosters are required and when, especially when you present your records and then ask. Otherwise, you're not helping/protecting animals, rather you're creating avoidable exposure risk and animals also over vaccinated too.

Dr. Soto was very pleasant and kind with my cat and they didn't overcharge whatsoever! Wait time was typical but not too long at all. They even gave me a towel for the ride home as my cat gets nervous. Great place!
