Luckily a neighbor of ours recommended Lee Trusler at Wildlife Removal Company. I called Lee on Monday morning and told him we had a woodchuck (aka groundhog) in our yard. He fit us into his schedule and set up a trap around 5pm. He told me woodchucks are active at twilight. Sure enough, by 8pm the varmint was in the live trap. I called Lee and he came to pick the trap up the following morning. Lee does not destroy the wild animals he traps. He releases them onto rural property with the property owner's approval. (He had three young skunks in his truck when he came to pick up the woodchuck) Not only does Wildlife Removal trap animals, but they will also do the clean up if you end up with a bat or flying squirrel or other creature in your house. Current charge is $150 for the first animal and $100 for subsequent animals. Fortunately for us, as Lee explained, woodchucks are solitary animals. A lot of people think that Monroe County will trap wildlife for free, but they do not. You are better off hiring a licensed and insured company to do it for you. He also caught 3 raccoons, who may have been under another part of the porch. As the other reviewer mentioned, he traps and relocates. I did not want to worry that someone's pet would get hurt so the live trap was important to me. Lee was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him. I picked his name from a list I got at the DNR website, so it was just good luck that I called him.

They DO NOT get back with me on issues. I've also spent over and hour on two phone calls with Customer service at the national level and do not get any response out of those detailed calls. We also have service out of Indy for our main residence in the 47804 area. Last month, after over four years of mistreating an issue as "bed bugs" we were treated for "Bat bugs" ergo the attic was sprayed. As happy as I am that the issue seems resolved, it aggravates me to no end that they didn't do this earlier. I cannot recommend Terminix to anyone, but fell compelled to continue as we have contracts. I'm beginning to think that doesn't mean much anymore though and need to contemplate switching companies.

They always say to reschedule through the 800 number and I did that and I took half a day off work for the appointment window and they didn't show up I called the first hour and spoke to Suzan who said ya he should be there and then left a VM for the technician. Then called 30 minutes later and spoke to anoth woman who confirm ed the tech was still out on another service call and then 10 minutes before end of the window they said ya he should be there. The.n 45 minutes after the end of the service window Kenneth said that he called the techs supervisor and the y said that he would be on his way after that... during the call the tech called me and said he had not been working for at least two hours and got the original cancellation from a week prior mixed up with the service today. Which happens. But nobody knew because they are working from home and have no clue on what the actual service requires . I can only assume they were putting me on hold to watch TV? Kenneth hung up while I was talking to the tech so I called back because I have wasted 5 hours of my day because they do not have any communicative skills with the local office or dispatch or where the techs are or if they are actually working that day... I spoke to Jeremy who said that he couldn't do anything except schedule appoints and call the techs phone number.... What are you paying these people for?!?!?! He said he could fill out a form to have a manager call back at THEIR convenience when THEY can get back... this is the most chaotic and disorganized service company I have ever dealt with. I cancelled all services today and my mothers services. They have terrible customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Use a local or Orkin.

He texted back and said he could come after 5p. He kept is updated on his ETA and arrived shortly after 5:30. He removed the bat and helped us look for areas where it entered. Their proposal to fix the problem was for $18000 dollars. A second opinion was sought and Newnam and Admiral checked and at some time there was 1 bat, but there was no sign of a problem. They sold us a $2500 remediation package, to be completed by an attic remediation involving hazmat suits, then dunned us for payment before the attic was inspected. The inspector reported no evidence whatsoever of any infestation. We feel that we were sold a bill of goods. Beware!
