I was able to talk to a real receptionist and get a walk-through/quote the same week I called (with the owner, Joe). The following week, I had service! Johnathan came to my house during my scheduled time slot, and spent an hour with me. He was great with my nosey dogs and explained each product he was using, what they did, and how they worked to fight the specific pest. He treated my house inside and out, and let me know that if I see any bug in 5 days to call and he'll come back out for free. The products were itemized on my receipt as a summary alone with his specific cell number. To top it off, they had a 30% off coupon via Yelp.
