I've been a patient of Dr. Rapal for many years. I've always been treated with respect and kindness by her and her knowledgeable staff. At my last checkup, Dr. Rapal showed me how my bottom front teeth have become extremely worn. In addition, the integrity of my top front teeth were compromised by striations and cracks. I've known about these problems for a while, but my bottom front teeth have worn down so much that I was frequently biting the inside of my bottom lip as the lip wrapped around the worn bottom teeth. I decided that it was time to fix the problem before it got any worse. Dr. Rapal developed a treatment plan to place crowns on my eight front teeth plus one worn canine tooth. I also needed to have four old crowns on my molars replaced - they were 14 to 18 years old. I was very anxious about having this much work performed, but Dr. Rapal assured me that it was easily doable in two visits - one visit to create and install the temporaries and a second visit to install the permanents. I have to say, I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Rapal designed my new teeth such that they are not only the correct length, but also beautifully straight - no Invisalign necessary. She is a perfectionist! I'm lucky to have her as my dentist. read more

The care and attention that is standard here makes a difference in my overall well being.

Nice people however, way overpriced and the "deep clean" may be suspect $$$$ I never went back, "normal cleaning" at oak ridge dental blew them away at a super affordable price. read more

My family has been with Dr. Rapal for over 7 years. She has been awesome. She is very experienced and has guided us through our dental health and even orthodontic complexities for our son. I love how she thinks about body being set on the right path rather than peddling treatments and medications. I highly recommend her as a family dentist. The staff is friendly, courteous and disciplined which makes even the more challenging treatments easier in the patient. read more

It was my first time visiting Dr. Rapal and right away I felt at ease when I walked in. The staff was helpful and friendly and the office was welcoming, clean and calm. Dr. Rapal was very professional and explained what was going on with my tooth and gave me treatment options without sounding over technical. Her work was painless and efficient and explained each step as she worked. I felt relaxed and calm the whole time. Her technician assistant was kind and careful doing all the prep work beforehand and even giving me a warm neck wrap to help me relax :-) I was lucky to find Dr. Rapal as my new dentist and would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and talented doctor. *** read more

Dr Rapal and the staff provided professional and personal care during my recent visit. I have had 4 implants that were done at one time. One of the most impressive innovations that Dr. Rapal used was a mouthpiece drilling guide that provided precision accuracy. I had minimal discomfort the day of the procedure and no pain the following day. I highly recommend Dr Rapal and her staff. read more

Is any dentist perfect, probably not. But nice, clean, professional and honest dentists are hard to find. I have been going to Dr. Rapal for almost 15 years. She has only made a couple minor mistakes since I have been going to her. She immediately admitted to them and fixed them at no cost. Honesty and integrity goes a long way with me. Not only is her office spotless, the employees at her establishment are nice and polite. I made the mistake of using ANOTHER dentist for a crown and it was a complete nightmare. Dr. Rapal even advised me on what to do, even though I had someone else work on my crown. I made a complaint with my insurance provider. I am getting a refund for the poor work done by the other dentist. I am having Dr. Rapal put on a proper crown. She is the best! read more

I have been Dr. Rapal's patient for over 10 years and my family joined the patient list 4 years ago. I never liked having different hygienists every visit from everyone on Dr. Rapal's staff is very professional and courteous. Each visit I have for a cleaning ends in less than an hour and always includes a visit from Dr. Rapal where she answers any questions I have. All of Dr. Rapal's recommendations including Invisalign and a mouth guard has improved the health of my teeth. That is highest priority for the entire office. I would recommend you to switch to Dr. Rapal immediately. read more

All the staff is very nice, and wants to make the entire experience as comfortable as they can. I haven't been to the dentist in over seven years, and there are consequences that come with that, and the staff was very patient allowing me to take breaks when I needed them. read more

Dr. Rapal and her office staff impressively go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door here. I used to hate going to the dentist until I found this place. I've had to have quite a bit of work done and I've had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Rapal explains the treatment plan and goes over other options. She focuses on what needs to be done for your health first, then offers cosmetic options that you'll have once the urgent needs are taken care of. One thing that stands out for me is the genuine care Dr. Rapal and her staff have for their patients. At one point I had extreme tooth pain out of nowhere, and long story short, Dr. Rapal was able to locate the deferred pain when an endodontist couldn't. She made herself available to me in case of emergency overnight while I waited for my next endodontist appointment, and her office called to check in on me in the days after. It was really heart warming to feel so cared for during a time no one else really understood the pain I was in. My kids, especially my four year old, LOVES going to see Dr. Rapal. It could be her kind demeanor or could be that she told my daughter she had shiny princess teeth... :) Either way, I love that my entire family sees Dr. Rapal, including my in-laws, and I would 100% recommend her no matter what your needs are. read more

Dr. Kiran Rapal definitely takes pride in a job well done. She cares about her patients. She takes the extra step of helping me get into the office, loads my four wheeler into my car, and insures safe access to and from her office. She is respectful and truly care about your well being. Her restroom is clean and beautiful. Her office staff is supportive and friendly. They welcome you on a first name basis and take the time to get to know you. Dr. Rapal creates beautiful smiles. read more

I've been seeing Dr Rapal for over 6 years, off and on. She has always treated me very professionally and with a warmth that shows she genuinely cares about the whole person. She is very conscientious and meticulous in her work, which I greatly appreciate as I want all my dental work to be performed perfectly with no need for "corrections". Her office assistants are very helpful and the dental hygienists that have helped me have been very patient and gentle. Definitely a plus!! read more

Been a patient for over 15 years, my old Dentist retired and I was lucky to get a referral from a friend. Without a doubt, Kiran Rapal is the BEST dental professional i have ever been too. She is a perfectionist... I see this as a good thing. She has sent back crowns for redos several times due to defects most dentists would accept. All work done has stood the test of time, essentially NO Redos!! Great Staff, very clean everywhere, happy workers! Latest Technology, appointments happen ON TIME! No sitting around. A bit more expensive then others, but you get what you pay for, and Dr. Rapal is committed to every patient retaining their natural teeth, but does excellent work on cosmetic dentistry also...again, a perfectionist! Great group of people who all CARE! read more

This is the worst DDS I have ever been to in my life! She performed a procedure that was so poorly done I got a second opinion and the new DDS was shocked! As if that wasn't enough, her dental assistant admitted while working in my mouth that she had the stomach flu and still "came to work". Needless to say, I got the stomach flu 48 hours later. I ended up double paying as I was billed for her poor work that I couldn't have her complete and pay the new DDS to finish. I will never go there again, nor do I recommend you do either. The star I had to chose was to post this review otherwise I would have given her a negative rating or no star whatsoever. read more

Dr. Kiran Rapal's dental office has been a great place to bring my kids . It is very kid friendly as soon as you walk in. Their waiting room is a great distraction for kids that might be nervous about going to the dentist. The staff is gentle with the kids as well. Both of my kids have been going to Dr. Rapal and her hygienists for years (since they're only 2 years old.) Her hygienists were the first to examine my little ones. They are kind, careful and expert. The dentist took her time with the exam and took the time to answer my questions. I love how patient they are with my children. It's not a scary experience for them because they are so great with children. The kids like the treasure chest the best. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a child. read more
