Very helpful staff every time I go there. I normally do my drug store visits at CVS but I…read moreoccasionally go to Walgreens (especially when they have one of there excellent sale on 12-packs of Coke). I also go there to pick up Fed Ex deliveries from a company that refuses to do home deliveries and occasionally I just like them for variety. Very cheerful, helpful checkout clerks and they always seem to know where everything in the store is if I can't find something Also, once when I was there I got a surprisingly nasty "paper cut" from the edge of a cardboard container I had picked up and it was bleeding quite a bit. A couple of the staff there were all over me providing salve and a bandage despite the fact that I protested that the whole thing was completely my fault, not the store's fault in any way. SO ... good place to shop.

I waited four weeks for Kinney's to fill a prescription. i finally called again to see what the…read morehold up was and the woman who answered the phone was, I found out later, Mary D. Mary tells me that they tried to call my doc to fill the prescription but they never called them back. So, what happens next, I ask her. Very rudely she says "You'll have to call your doctor yourself." No apology for making me wait over a month with no communication. I call my doc and then call Kinney's back. Mary once again answers the phone and tries to play it off like it wasn't her I spoke to earlier. I ask her why she was so rude, telling me I should call for the prescription refill myself. i explain to her that it's her job to keep ip with the meds and letting their customers know if there's a problem. Well, Mary starts freaking out on me. And I mean, freaking out. I was in the middle of saying "okay, but" and she interrupts me with a screech "I ALREADY APOLOGIZED FIVE TIMES!" I called Kinney Corporate to report her behavior and it's been days. No call backs. I am going to the BBB, and will be reporting Kinney's AND Mary. This is unacceptable to be spoken to like that, especially when she's the manager and especially when it was their failure to communicate that has me missing my medication for over FOUR WEEKS with not a single call to me that there was a problem. When ever you walk into this pharmacy, the people behind the counter roll their eyes and sigh and clearly do not want to wait on customers. I watch as the people in line in front of me are treated like we're an annoyance, and not that we are the ones keeping them employed. Someone needs to do an undercover secret shopper thing at that pharmacy. See how they react to seeing customers. Watch how Mary interacts with customers. Better yet? This causes me great distress when I am putting groceries away and have to ask my friend to check their vehicle 3 different times if any bags are still in their vehicle. Checking and rechecking my order, apologizing to my friend for having them recheck again, and then having to do a refund request. Granted the refund was begun immediately through the app-BUT this takes a few days for funds to be returned. This should not happen ever let alone multiple times. Today I called them at noon for an order that was supposed to be here at 11 and the delivery manager states that it's in her system as on the way. I wait for another hour and still nothing. My wife now comes home at 3, calls them and they tell her that it hasn't been pulled and it should be on the way in twenty minutes. I had a prescription sent there and I waited a couple of hours and when I arrived they said they never received it. I had my doctor call it in again and when I went back they next day, they hadn't received it. I had my doctor call a third time and this time it went through. My wife just had a similar experience and said this was very inconvenient. The attendant told her she could go someplace else. So guess what? We're going someplace else.
