This store is very convenient, especially considering that it's pretty much the only one like it in Cortland. It's quieter than a lot of other Walmarts as well. I do always end up feeling like I'm bothering the staff, and that definitely doesn't make it a place I look forward to having to go to. read more

Yet again another curbside crap-tastic experience. All cold & frozen items were missing. Due to being outside of the delivery area, I need to arrange someone to pickup my order. This causes me great distress when I am putting groceries away and have to ask my friend to check their vehicle 3 different times if any bags are still in their vehicle. Checking and rechecking my order, apologizing to my friend for having them recheck again, and then having to do a refund request. Granted the refund was begun immediately through the app-BUT this takes a few days for funds to be returned. This should not happen ever let alone multiple times. Everytime we go here they don't have half of the stuff on my shopping list. Half of the time stuff is in the wrong spot so the price is not what I expect when I get to the register. Their stockers here are very rude and will not say excuse me when trying to get down an aisle. Many times they stock during business hours and they will see you are trying to get something and they won't move over a bit. Also their one set of self checkouts is always closed at night so I have to go to the other side of the store and then back to my car. You can also never find an employee if u have a question and then when you do they act like your bothering them. read more

If I could give them 0 stars then I would. My fiancé did the online grocery pick up and has now been waiting 4 hours for our groceries to be brought out the car. First he was told that they lost a part of the order, and now is being told that the entire thing was given to the wrong car. We also ordered a grill to be picked up at the store at the same time and have yet to see it as of yet. I used to work the grocery pick up at this same store and I KNOW the job isn't that difficult. Absolutely livid about the wait time and will not be returning to this store. read more

A very rude lady told my girlfriend to move out of the way when she was shopping for something very important. She didn't end up getting it and left the store angry. Never shopping here again. I'd be better off shopping at a gum ball machine at a gas station. read more

I visited this Cortland location recently, inquiring about a TV stand with a wall mount. There was one on display that my boyfriend and I were interested in, and I was curious if they still gave discounts despite having some in stock on the shelf. After finding an employee in the electronics section, we voiced our questions and he was kind enough to find somebody who knew the answer, of which happened to be two different managers. Keep in mind, everything during our visit went smoothly prior to this. As the original employee we had asked was explaining our question, the "manager" paid no attention to us, asking "do we not have any on the shelf, is that why they're asking?" We were standing right there. After they had finished explaining that they only do discounts on items that they will be discontinuing all three of them dispersed, and left us by ourselves. We were still interested in purchasing this stand, despite no discount, and although we tried to get them to come back, they just kept walking. Therefore, we left our cart full of items and ended up driving right down the road to KMart, where we found the items we were looking for (and then some) for even cheaper. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, as well as the lack of care as to whether or not we were still interested in said item. I will be buying my items from KMart or Amazon from now on, the customer services at those places is much more respectable. read more
