This causes me great distress when I am putting groceries away and have to ask my friend to check their vehicle 3 different times if any bags are still in their vehicle. Checking and rechecking my order, apologizing to my friend for having them recheck again, and then having to do a refund request. Granted the refund was begun immediately through the app-BUT this takes a few days for funds to be returned. This should not happen ever let alone multiple times.
