I asked her 3 times "can I have the other 2 that didn't scan?" She kept saying they didn't scan but she didn't return them to me. Does she do this alot, stealing and using them for herself. It wasn't the money; more of her attitude and ineptitude! She wasn't doing her job! WTF. I only gave 2 stars because they were the only Walmart that had what I needed. Only reason why i went! EXTREMELY disappointing experience here. I am newly eligible to receive the COVID vaccine and was…read moreflat-out refused. To turn down someone who has the proof of being eligible and simply wants to help the community heal from this pandemic is disgusting. It's especially disturbing considering the amount of vaccines that go to waste each day. I know many people who are also newly eligible that received vaccines with no issue in nearly any nearby Walgreens. In fact, Walgreens employees were begging these people to inform and bring others that are newly eligible since they had so many appointments/vaccines that were going to waste. DO NOT COME HERE. Afterwards, they proceeded to make me feel awful for trying to get a vaccine. HELLO?!?!? THE MORE PEOPLE THAT GET THE VACCINE THE BETTER! AND IM ELIGIBLE! I cannot express enough how disappointed I am by this, especially after driving 2 hours to get there. I went in excited to be a part of something good within this horrible pandemic and left feeling like an asshole, which there was no reason for me to feel like. Reminder to those who might feel bad for getting a vaccine: don't! You are not "taking" anyone else's vaccine! You are helping! You are doing good for the community! Protect yourself and others; get your vaccine!

The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to fully answer any questions I may have. Although I have always received courteous and efficient service from the pharmacy clerks, I believe that any negative episodes may be due to Walmart's corporate attitude towards lower-level staff and their on-the-job needs throughout their stores. Of course, that isn't an excuse to vent negative feelings towards the customers, but they are human, too, and are often the "front line" on the receiving end of irate customers when they are not responsible for or unable to remedy the problem. I have used this pharmacy for many years and have complete confidence in them. I plan to continue to having them service my pharmaceutical needs in the future.
