Parking is big enough, there is a drive through lane for pick up/drop off for the pharmacy. Even when I have gone inside the store to purchase something, it's pretty easy to navigate and usually they will have clearance items in the front. Got them done, they scratched 3/4 rims. Got to talk to Clayton, unfortunately, the heavily-tattooed automotive manager... He proceeded to follow me outside to take a look at the rims. He kept downplaying the damage, wiping at deep gouges with a microfiber cloth. I finally stated "I should have known better than to bring my car here". Boy, did he lose it. My elderly father with Parkinson's was standing six feet away as he said "What did you say?!" Multiple times, getting in my face. He then accused me of harassing his employees, but there was no one in the parking lot. Maybe he should be tested for substance abuse..? I finally had to apologize because I thought he was going to physically assault me in front of my poor father, who couldn't believe his eyes. After things calmed down, he wanted me to bring the car in so they could "try to buff it out". I looked online and it says Walmart has nothing to do with tire rim repair...I had an appointment and didn't show up. I didn't feel like being verbally harassed again. I called the store Manager Mary Weed later that day and she was completely dismissive, almost silent. She didn't say it directly, but the gist was basically what should she do about it? Anyways, I heard she got a nice bonus for getting the store reopening done in time! That's all she cares about! If you can at all avoid it, shop at Wegmans or Aldis locally for groceries. If you HAVE to go to Walmart there is one in Liverpool and one in Central Square that aren't as bad. WHATEVER you do, if you CARE about your CAR don't bring it to Cicero NY WALMART!!!

The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, personable, and always willing to fully answer any questions I may have. Although I have always received courteous and efficient service from the pharmacy clerks, I believe that any negative episodes may be due to Walmart's corporate attitude towards lower-level staff and their on-the-job needs throughout their stores. Of course, that isn't an excuse to vent negative feelings towards the customers, but they are human, too, and are often the "front line" on the receiving end of irate customers when they are not responsible for or unable to remedy the problem. I have used this pharmacy for many years and have complete confidence in them. I plan to continue to having them service my pharmaceutical needs in the future.

He also showed flexibility and good judgment, checking my history thoroughly before filling the only medication I couldn't fill on any other day thanks to the new "tough on drugs" law. Everyone was really helpful and friendly, but I mostly dealt with the pharmacist (Steve), who I know had to make sure everything including me since I'd never been there before, was legit. He noticed my jersey and we talked hockey and had a nice conversation while he snuck in the questions I know he had to ask to make sure I have medical problems and I'm not a criminal. This process can be unpleasant but Steve made it feel like I was just talking with a friend. I like that he was up front with me about the verification process, so I knew what to expect (which would mean leaving and coming back later because I knew my doctor couldn't take a phone call right then). The pharmacy contacted me as soon as the prescription was verified, letting me know I could pick it up anytime from 15 minutes later until the store closed. I believe it was the pharmacist himself who called. I've never seen this level of customer service anywhere, and I've moved around a lot, living in environments ranging from semi-rural to urban. It was easy to find the other items I needed in the store, which was clean and well organized. I actually spent very little time in the store. There was virtually no waiting anywhere - the main register, the pharmacy drop-off counter, the pharmacy pick-up counter, even on the phone. I did my research before picking a pharmacy and walked into Kinney with high expectations. Every single one of those expectations was exceeded. This place makes needing medication less painful. I will definitely be returning. The entire staff seemed to go out of their way to make me happy and meet all of my needs.

I got off the phone and started calling local pharmacies in Camillus. The Pharmacy at the Camillus Walmart didn't just answer my questions but gave me suggestions on how to better prepare for a possible shortage of my medicine if it happens again. I switched to Walmart Pharmacy and I have never been happier. If you have had the same issue I have had with the pharmacy at the Wegmas in Fairmount, you should switch to Walmart pharmacy too.
