Love the authentic yet modern spin of Thai in this restaurant. It's huge, staff are on the ball & take the Thai Smile seriously here. Food isn't the cheap Thai fare you may be used to in the city but for the hills district I guess it's standard to be paying premium, but the all encompassing experience won't make u even flinch for the extra few $ Vegetarian Pad Se-Ew - heaps of greens of all sorts, flavoursome & perfect serving size Shredded Chicken & Coconut Salad - light, delicate & texturisingly delish! A little spicy, a little tangy with the smooth creamy coconuty flavour to balance it out with coriander & mint for freshness. A unique must try here

I have been here when it was Red Spoon, and now when it is Kinn, under new management. At all times, this restaurant has remained one of the best Thai restaurants to visit. They have excellent service, although at times you can feel a bit rushed in dining. They do small extra things, such as giving wet wipes, which really increase their customer service as well! Onto the food - their Pad Thai is exceptional. If I had my eyes closed, you would actually believe I was in Thailand. And their stir fried vegetables, with deep fried tofu, are saucy without being oily, yet crunchy at the same time. My favourite dish to order is actually Chilli Basil Thai flat noodles. Every. Single. Time. But then I overeat because their curries are so delicious, creamy and flavoursome!

THE best Thai in town! Highly recommend the coconut chicken salad, twice cooked pork ribs, braised pork belly and massaman lab shank omg delicious!!! Service is excellent, wait time is next to zero and the wait staff are very attentive and great with kids (they gave my daughter pink and purple cutlery, they've gained a friend for life ) the$10 BYO charge is a bit steep but other than that can't fault them. Great atmosphere too. Will definitely be back!

We hadn't been here since the change of name so we thought we would call in for a tasty lunch but the food was pretty ordinary today but reasonable. We ordered chicken satays for staters after about 5 or so minutes the waitress came back to tell us that there wasn't any satays available. This was a bit disappointing so we ordered curry puffs which ended up being good. The next two dishes were a bit underwhelming in taste one was salt and pepper calamari which was cooked good but no S&P taste then the next was pad see uw which was exceptionally oily with not a lot of flavour. All in all reasonable bot not great.

We got kicked out for taking too long. It was very upsetting but the food was good and vegan.

The curry puffs were the winner though, crispy on the outside and perfectly soft and potato-filled inside! One thing? When this restaurant says 'hot' they mean hot. My lips and tongue were numb after eating the super spicy meal. I'm Indian - I usually handle my spice so you know I am saying something here!

My brother recommended this Thai restaurant, tucked into a quiet street, off the main Old Northern Road. I booked a table for six without any problems, and a delightful evening ensued. The restaurant is quite posh and spectacularly lit, with cool lounges and booths. The food is as impressive as the decor, and the service attentive and efficient. We started with a couple of platters of mixed entrees (dim sims, satay sticks, curry puffs, spring rolls) which arrived quickly and were devoured just as quickly. In fact, my dad, who stepped out for a moment to grab the camera from the car, almost completely missed out on the starters (I think we left him a dumpling). We soon wished we had slowed down a little because it was time for the mains. I wasn't the one who ordered but it seems like we got a bit of everything-every time I looked up, a waitress came over with yet another delicious beef, chicken or seafood plate, or another serving of perfect fluffy rice. When everyone was so full we couldn't move, the staff knew when to give us space so I could enjoy the company of my family and loved ones (and the presents of course!). I was certainly spoilt that night-what a great find! But keep this one just between you and I ok? This is the best Thai food I have tried in the Hills area. I recommend BYO for group celebrations so you can reserve your hard earned cash for those scrumptious dishes.

The Beef massaman is the best I have ever had. Pad Prik, Rice noodle, argh, nearly every dish is superb but it doesn't stop there. Such curteous, generous staff. They refill your water, always see when your done or if you need more rice (which you could help yourself but they will smile/take over if you do, which I find top quality service). The venue is so tranquil, with its beautiful canary yellow over shade and blossom tree's, no wonder its the locals favourite in Pennant Hills, because the manager there listens to feedback, and follow through. I just wish this place could win awards, because it really is an amazing place. It's been here longer than other thai places, and despite competition they are still there unlike most restaraunts in that area who come and go. Its cheaper, its more quantity for quality and the type of place where they always exceed your expectations, even when you keep coming back. Go there for a first date, a birthday (they dim the lights and stars appear on the roof, sing, just wow). Can't stop raving, just go and you'll see how good this place really is, Was the only place I ate at when I lived in the Hills, but will always visit and make the drive up.
