The screen seemed a bit dim, but it could have been the overhead, yellowish lights drowning out the projector. Hard to tell. I enjoyed the movie and family time though, so I'd consider coming back. Not really a good deal compared to more modern theaters.

If you are going to advertise LUXURY RECLINERS across the entire front of the building, perhaps start with the recliners. I've ordered pretzel bites or other food ahead for seat delivery several times. Typically you must have your ticket scanned by the attendant to "check-in" and alert staff to prepare food for delivery. Sometimes my food has been delivered rather quickly and other times not. This visit was probably the worst of them all. I arrived at 11:30am for the 12:00 pm showing and had my ticket scanned. I know it takes some time and very rarely criticize food service at any establishment. However, I was not expecting it to take ONE HOUR for delivery of an order of pretzel bites to my seat, especially since other patrons ordered in their seats after arriving and received their orders before me. Once received at 12:30 when I arrived at 11:30, I was stunned by the much smaller portion size for the price than in years past. Beyond the clear service issue, I was also disappointed that Spider-Man themed popcorn buckets were available at the in person concession stand and not available to order ahead on the app. There was no mention of these being available at Silverspot on social media or the like until hours AFTER my screening. I would have preferred this and, had I known, waited until I arrived at the theater to purchase. I contacted customer service online right after my screening. The website stated a response would be sent within one business day. Three business days and a follow up email later, I finally received a "response" which felt very impersonal and not sincere. The "response" repeated many of my talking points and said feedback would be "passed along" to the team. Much like an AI-generated response. Subsequent emails have been ignored. Needless to say, I have no interest in patronizing this theater in the future after being a longtime customer.

A movie theater, laser tag, an arcade, billiards, a bar, and even a Chinese restaurant! Hopefully I didn't leave anything out. We tried the billiards first, but all the per game cheap tables were taken. Only the per hour ones were avail and more than we wanted to pay. Plus the mostly male patrons did not make us feel welcome from the looks we got so we moved onto the arcade. You have to buy a card to play the games and the machine was confusing, even with asking a couple people buying one. Of course there wasn't an employee anywhere inside to ask for assistance, but we finally figured it out. Unless you want to play shoot em up games, most of what they have is for kids, incl a very short whack a mole game. We did play a pinball game that frequently shouted, well that's a real cow pie shot, or something to that effect! Long story short, for as much as they have to offer you're either going to find some entertainment value or not.

After the 5 mins I said something to a worker and they were very rude to me and said there was only 1 line open. I decided not to buy any concessions. The prices are the other issue. You used to get an unlimited refill popcorn bucket for $9 which already is a lot considering it cost them like 10 cents for that amount of popcorn but they aren't profiting enough already so they got rid of the bucket for a bag and now you get 1 refill.
