The owner was there, she was funny and kind and very knowledgeable! Another highlight was a shock, the layout! it was so easy to walk through and get lost in each room, everything was organized and easy to look through. I can't say enough how much that helped, I hate feeling like a bull in a china shop so feeling comfortable walking around was a big factor for me. Their 2nd fl., is similar with more furniture pieces. I actually found interesting decor pieces than anything. The owner and her family had a sale going on during the Thanksgiving weekend where you bought a regular priced item and got the other for 1/2 off. Best of all, the owner was willing to offer me a bargain on an item I was eyeing. This is a treasure trove and might probably leave with something. Remember, it's only CA$H, and Venmo(?).

It's set up so a large number of different vendors rent space and set up their area themselves and set their own prices. The system means that you can find a huge variety of stuff... it's the sort of place I love browsing through most. It's also a large space, with multiple rooms. I ended up dropping $100 that I hadn't meant to spend - but I also feel that it was half the price I'd have paid elsewhere for a similar item, so I'm quite delighted. (Note, however, that they don't take AmEx, and they're apparently not willing to cut you a break on the prices (or even the tax) if you pay cash. There's a similar place just two doors down called the Millbrook Antiques Mall. I didn't have time to browse there... but if you're not on a schedule, you definitely want to check out both!
