Nice high end store. They have lots of nice clothing items, but well out of my price range. It was fun to see all they had to offer. They have some nice lulumon tops that had mini kings logos on it so you barely knew it was a kings top. Very good quality. They also had a nice assortment of leather jackets and jerseys. I really liked their new Kings and River Cats T-shirt. It's so creative. They also had some silver jewelry, different style necklaces. The store is butt up against the arena and there is a interior door to the store from the arena. Parking is either street parking with meters, or they have a paid parking garage at the end of the DOCO shopping center. read more

Perusing the Kings new collections at the Team Store during game day will automatically mean a packed house. You'll notice a wide variety of clothing for youth, men, women and even your pets. Everything is available in this Sacramento Kings Team store, from hats, hoodies, jerseys, shorts and shirts in a multitude of colors. I have never seen a sale, pricing is retail but the quality is good and worth the price. Although there were many patrons, the lines moved quickly and the attendants were friendly and helpful. We purchased our items and left, making our way through the crowds back to VIP to get more snacks. The atmosphere is trendy, loud and proud. The Sacramento Kings have at least 3 team stores in the Golden 1 Center. All are stocked with Kings clothing and merchandise. I visited the main store, that can be accessed by the public, from an outside entrance on K street, at the east end of the building. The store is stocked with several style jerseys, T-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hats, etc., for adults and children, and is very well organized. Though some of the merchandise can be pretty pricey, it's hard to walk out without buying something. I purchased a T-shirt and sweatshirt with the Kings logo, made specifically for Lunar New Year. I would've passed with the price, but they were well made and with heavy material. The staff, were very helpful and nice. I spent a little extra time talking to them because they were so welcoming. Game Day Store This was my first time seeing the new and improved Kings Team Store at the Golden 1 Center. I was actually impressed by the redesigned and refreshed look of the new team store. As I walked inside a beautiful huge chandelier came obvious to my sight and I couldn't help but just notice the first thing I saw. I love the walk through and the larger than life pop up photos of former players from 2001 when I became a Kings fan since moving to Roseville (J-Will, Bibby, Peja, C-Webb, DC) as well as other players celebrating the Kings 100-year history. Cool fashionable team merchandise too! The store is on the first floor of DOCO shopping center across from Macy's and is only open on Game Days from 11am to End of Game. The new "Label K" team store debuted their redesigned store on 11/28/23 and got me and my daughter pumped up for that night's game against the Denver Nuggets. Whoohoo #lightthebeam! They did a remodel of the Kings team store I think before last season and turned it into a boutique looking kind of store. Personally, I am not a fan. I feel like the way they have it decorated and certain items take up more space than it should making the store feel more cramped than it was before remodel. As a fan, sometimes we just want a jersey, shirt or a hat. Nothing fancy. A lot of times I don't feel like they carry what I want. Maybe I am just not their target audience. I feel like Lids across the arena has more of the stuff that I am looking for as a fan. Not everyone wants to buy a $300 jacket. But that's just me. read more

The employees are always there to assist me when I am looking for a certain thing. The service is nice and the selection is wide and have a great variety. This is a review of the online orders from the Kings Team Store: We placed our online order 1/7/25. To date we have received nothing. The Kings Store has been responsive each time I email for status, but it's the same thing every time - "We have a high volume of orders." The frustration comes with the fact they keep putting out message like "Refresh your wardrobe for the second half of the season", when they won't be able to deliver by then. They are also constantly advertising new gear, but can't keep up with old orders. This will be the first and last order we attempt with them. read more

Absolutely garbage service and failure to deliver on promise like the TEAM. Attended a game, saw an ad on the Jumbotron about an in game merchandise purchase that'll be delivered before the end of 3rd quarter. If not delivered to pick up at section 109 at the Jersey custom station. They did not deliver during the game. The Jersey station had no idea what i was talking about. Got sent inside the team store. They had no idea what i was talking about. THIS TEAM STORE IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH. It took 3 days to properly process a refund. THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY TRASH. If you are a Kings fan or know someone that is a fan then definitely check out this store. They had some classic jerseys and a lot of the newer stuff. I wanted to get a hoodie with a zipper for a family member but they only had XL and medium. I guess they have multiple stores around the arena but only one that has full public access? The lady went to check all the stores around but couldn't find any in stock. If you're waiting for someone to help you don't wear Kings colors. I was asked by like 4 people if I worked at the store while waiting for the lady to return. Also don't forget to mention that you are a Golden 1 member. You'll get a discount on purchase! If you're a Kings fan, this is a must stop! There's a bunch of Kings gear here that you can't find online. They even had Kings ugly Christmas sweaters and some really cool retro throwback jerseys. They only had Reggie Theus and Mitch Richmond throwbacks at the time I went, but the lady working there said they have a shipment of Chris Webber coming in. So they get stuff you can't get elsewhere. Their website says they are open till 7:00 but clearly they are not. I arrived just prior to 5:00 and asked to come in. I had driven across town to get there and they said they were closed. It wasn't even 5:00 yet and they had locked the doors. I even held up my phone to show the lady that it was not yet 5:00 and she just said they were closed already. So for one, the information on their website is wrong, and even if they're hours are til 5:00, they closed early. I think this is poor business practice to not stay open until the time that you commit to the public that you will be open. I made plans around my whole day to get there and did get there before closing time but wasn't able to get the items I needed for the next day. It's very frustrating and I may not go back there, which is a bummer because I'm Sacramento native and a big Kings fan, and we have a loft the golden one. read more

The workers is always very friendly and I don't feels any sales pressure at all. Im always very enjoyable to check out the latest Kings items in the store. However, if you did the same thing, don't be silly like me and assume you didn't get the mask because it wasn't inside the package. Honestly, there is nothing physically wrong with the store. It's beautiful and has a great selection. The female (didn't catch her name) who assisted me was kind but while browsing upstairs the two gentlemen "working" did not acknowledge or greet me and made me feel uncomfortable. We made eye contact and they did not say hello or anything. As customer service employees, you probably should greet customers in a friendly manner and not get paid to stand there and giggle/have side conversations. Not a good look. It's Christmas and I just want to buy a shirt for my grandson. I went yesterday and arrived at 4:10pm to have the girl say they were closing early for a holiday party and locked me out. I have been calling all morning and no one will answer the phone, just keeps sending me to a recording that says no one is available for my call. I hear they close at 430 on game nights. I'm writing a review to give a shout-out to Omari, who works in the Kings Store. I placed an online order that was never delivered or refunded, and my emails were not responded to. I called the number on Google which sent me to the physical store location. Omari explained that online orders are placed through a third party and he wasn't sure how to get ahold of them and wasn't able to look up my order, which I understood. I hung up and continued to search for how to get in touch with Fanatics (aka the online store), and a few minutes later, I got a call on my cell- it was Omari! He went and looked up the number and called me back just to give me that information. I'll probably never order from the online store again, for what it's worth- I'd much rather make the drive to Golden One and interact with kind people like Omari! read more
