Had horrible experiences with parts and repair issues with another Kia dealership closer to home (they're in Fairfield); but returned to Kings to purchase by second Kia. The sales staff, service staff and everyone else there is great to deal with. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I brought my car in for repairs that were covered under warranty. During the week+ time that it took for the parts to come in, I had to be out of town for business. It's also pretty difficult to bring your car in now that they refuse to give loaner cars (unless you pay), so scheduling around your work schedule is a nightmare when they always need the car there by 1:00 pm. I was told when I purchased the car I had a 10 year, 100k warranty, turns out that's not the factory warranty only the extended. Nobody ever mentioned my warranty was about to expire. So the part is in, and my warranty will not cover it now, pretty shady way to do business- for a $100 they just lost a future customer. Going car shopping with my boyfriend tonight actually, I will be urging him to avoid Kings Kia. Overall, I don't feel valued here as a customer. read more

Because I am from out of town, I hadn't been to kings Kia since I bought my optima new, back in 2011. After relocating back to Mason this month my sunroof malfunctioned and wouldn't shut. Other than a glitch having to do with a recall, this instance is the first problem I've had in 8+ years with my car. I called in to make a service repair appt, dreading hearing how long I would have to wait to get my car in (bc I had looked at the service appt schd. online). I spoke with the service manager, Chad Endres, even though he was clearly booked, he told me to bring my car in asap and he would work it in. I was so surprised (&thankful!) I dropped it off shortly before close at 8pm & they said Chad would be in at 7:30am the next morning. He called me at 7:38am telling me what the problem was & the options to fix it. He then called me back at 11:30 telling me my car was ready. I was seriously so surprised and beyond thankful at the quick turn around time based on the schedule being booked solid, not having an appt and being worked in. Maybe this is the norm at Kings... but I can assure you that it's not at the other Kia dealerships that Ive had my car serviced. From beginning to end it was a smooth experience in a rocky situation and I am beyond appreciative to Chad & the rest of the service staff. Great customer service goes a long way and I received nothing less. I will go as far to say that this experience ensures that my next car purchase will undoubtedly be at Kings Kia. Im not only still happy with my previous car purchase from Kings, but I can rest assure that I will continue to be taken care of throughout the life of the vehicle. I recently bought a used car from Kia. My car has already had two problems in the first month. The first was the rear coupler went out and had to be replaced under our warranty. The headrest fell off on the drivers side. We didn't think it was a big deal until I was asked to wait three weeks for an appointment. I showed service the piece of the headrest and explained I was concerned for my kids. What happens if I get in a wreck. Chris said he would see what he could do as it is an active headrest. Which means its a safety feature and cost $500. A week later he tells me that I will have to get in touch with the used car sales manager as they will have to approve paying for it. The first call was fine and within twenty minutes everything changed. I have never been talked to like I was on the second call. I was told I should have taken it to a mechanic to have it checked before buying. Umm who checks a headrest. Then I was told at some point I would have to take responsibility for my car. I bought an extra extended warranty to be told it doesn't cover a $500 headrest. I bought the car in good faith that I was getting that didn't have broken pieces. Buyer beware. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. My car was totaled at the worst time possible time for us. We thought we didn't have any options. Kings Kia made sure we walked out with something. They didn't just make sure we got something but something I loved and could afford. Jonte was our sales associate. I highly highly recommend him. We had two cranky kids with us who were tired of looking at cars and being at dealerships. Jonte was so kind and caring. I never once was made to feel like my kids were a bother. The assistant manager Andy was amazing as well. He worked his magic to get us approved and in payments we could afford. He was also amazing and went above and beyond. Then there was Tim our finance manager. He was the nicest and the most truthful finance person we have ever dealt with. They all just made this awful experience turn into a great one for us. We went to another dealership who didn't want to help us at all. They seen we were declined and just sent us on our way. They didn't care about us or our situation. The guys and staff at kings Kia went above and beyond for us! I am truly so grateful. They have our future business. What a great team they have! Our car buying process was relatively smooth and I found a car I loved. We finalized the deal and drove off. We had a few red flags when they contacted me three times to send in paperwork that I had already given them and then they finally realized they were looking at the wrong file and were trying to get the documents from someone else. Today, i'm in Columbus getting my first free oil change...yippee! Except, that free oil change is costing me $69.99 because despite the fact that my salesperson and the finance person told us multiple times about Kias amazing free oil change program and reassured me multiple times that I could use it at any dealership it is only valid at Kings Kia....two hours from my home. In a month i've gone from super excited, sending friends to shop at Kings and intending to purchase two more new vehicles in the next year (cash!) to being infuriated that I was lied to multiple times and we almost feel like we're waiting to see what else they lied about. What a let down. I feel like I just made a $45,000 mistake. Oh, and our salesperson? He's no longer with the dealership. When I called they couldn't even be bothered to apologize for being a dealership without integrity. Just what essentially boils down to a 'Sorry about your luck sucker!" Buyer beware. read more

My wife's been coming here for maintenance on a more than regular basis for close to maybe two years now. The car's been burning oil more than normal that long. My wife called the dealership's maintenance and asked what she should do. Guy literally told her over the phone that she should drive it out and if the car breaks down they'll tow it. I can only assume this is to void your warranty because it would be negligence on your part. I called the dealership and brought it up, they got us an appointment. They had her do some test THREE TO FOUR TIMES where they put oil in the engine and marked the dipstick and told her she couldn't remove it to check the oil while the test was in process. Each test took 1k miles. I made sure to get this in writing. It was then determined that the catalytic converter was burning. At one point they had to change spark plugs. A quick search online of the 2015 kia soul exclaim shows literally that burning oil the way it has been, a burning catalytic converter, changing of spark plugs are all symptoms of these things engines going bad. So KIA played my wife until the warranty went out, no surprise, and I see online that there's a class action lawsuit against KIA for these things. I will actively start look into seeing if we can join it and discourage everyone I talk to from coming here. read more

Our sales guy was Larry. He was awesome. I HATE buying cars. I hate it so much the last time I bought one was in 2005 and that car lasted 144,000 miles. I truly dread the process. However, Kings made it so easy. Larry was amazing. No high pressure, very upfront (of course they want to sell warranties and all the things that make them profit, but that's their job and who doesn't want to make more money!), but there's no hard sell at all. I walked in there miserable and expecting to have to push back on all their tactics. I left with a great experience and a car (and payment) that I love without feeling screwed over. Go see Larry! First I'd like to say I have never written a review (good or bad) about any business or anyone. However, the way my girlfriend and I were treated was shocking and deserves to be shared with others. If you wish to be treated with incompetence, disrespect, bullied, and screwed over with old school car selling tactics then Kings Kia is the perfect place for you. Both my girlfriend and I were interested in trading our cars for brand new Kia Rio's. I had a 2011 Subaru STI and she had a 99 VW Jetta. Our sales person Kat had little or no knowledge of the cars she was selling or inventory on the lot. She could barely remember our names or where we lived and would ramble in some attempt to make a rapport, incompetent is the nicest word I can use to describe her. Having an incompetent sales person was manageable, I had done all of my homework and researched online so I knew exactly what I wanted and the inventory available. But when the "used car manager" (Really just another salesman off the floor) revved up my girlfriend's VW Jetta and dropped the transmission into drive squalling her tires out of the dealership parking lot. We almost left right then and there! After the used car manager fiasco and waiting 30 minutes, (We were the only customers in the dealership - Now I know why) Kat returned with our trade appraisal and purchase offer. Neither one of us had any illusion about my girlfriend's car it's old and doesn't have much market value but I almost laughed when they only wanted to give $500 and the explanation why was because it has transmission problems!?? Then I looked at what they were offering for my car. Anyone reading this can do a quick search and find out that my car (If you can find one) is selling all day for $34500 and the cars offered have 20000 miles or more my car only has 11000. Two other dealerships have been calling me for days to buy from them because they already have someone interested in buying my car. I thought $31000 would be a fair and reasonable trade value as it leaves plenty of room for the dealer to make a profit from re-selling and from financing too. The other dealerships were offering me $32K and some change but I'm not greedy 31K is fine for me. When I saw the offer of $28000 and Kings Kia wanted 7% above MSRP for the cars we were buying I knew the manager just wanted to waste our time. I requested our keys be returned but instead of returning our keys we got a barrage of questions asking "Why?". I've bought more than 40 cars in my lifetime, I've sold cars for 3 different dealerships from the age of 21 to 24. I know a fair buying experience when I see it. I didn't feel the need to explain this to anyone at the dealership that didn't even take the time to know anything about me until I wanted to leave. I went into the manager's office to get our keys back and the manager refused to give our keys back until we answered why we were leaving. I simply replied "You know why, this is the year 2012". Then the manager yelled "Get out! -- Get out!!!" I grabbed our keys from his desk as he shouted "Get out of here!" and as we were walking out the door he yelled again "You're not worthy of Kia!! Get out of here!" In all my years of working at a dealership and hearing awful stories of car buying experiences, what happened to my girlfriend and I takes the cake. I don't know how this business plans to stay in business with this attitude. It's the year 2012 you can't treat people this way! We have Internet and voices that can be heard. read more

As car shopping is a pain Kings Kia was the most upfront and easy to work with of all the dealers I contacted in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati. My salesperson Kat was good and the transaction was professionally managed. The truth is that all dealers could improve sales transactions but I did have a good experience with Kings and will soon learn what the service dept. is like. I think it's weird when your salesperson does not have the authority to negotiate and has to run back to the manager every two seconds. If the manager doesn't give a salesperson much leeway to negotiate then why not just fire all the salespeople and have the manager do all the work. It was weird there but I don't think it's that uncommon. The negotiation process took too long but like I said, Kat was very nice to work with and we did come to a fair deal for all. read more

What's the point of having an appointment if they can't keep it? And trying to schedule the appointment was a nightmare. Screwed up my whole day. I am very disappointed with this establishment, and more so with the salespeople. I did their online auto financing , so that all I would have to do is walk into the facility, test drive the car and walk out of the facility with a new car. They were nice enough to call me and set me up with the salesperson while I was at work, which turned into a back-and-forth texting with the salesperson, which was great for me. I know that the car buying process can take a little while, so this was great, and I was able to tell him all of the details of my situation. I laid everything out in front of him, what I could afford monthly, and any other details that I needed taken care of. I was also very upfront about how bad my particular situation was, and gave the sales person, Kris, a couple of opportunities to tell me if it wasn't going to work. At no point did he tell me that he couldn't make it happen, in fact, he sent me a link for a car with an estimated payment right at where I needed it to be. It was only after I had agreed to test drive a car that he had for me, that evening, that he finally came back and told me that he would need even more money from me. Even though he had clearly communicated one price, now that I wasted all this time with him, he comes back and tells me that it's going to cost me way more money. This crappy sales tactic had me sitting at a car dealership with my kids and wife, and then having to turn around and leave after wasting all this time, because this guy couldn't be upfront with me and be honest and tell me flat out, "for what you want I can't make it happen". All in all, I won't be coming back here, as he sales people have shown me that they are not honest and straightforward with me. I may not have a lot of money to spend, but I felt cheated, and felt that they tried to treat me as though I was stupid or wouldn't catch on to their funny business. read more

My wife and I were looking for a used car at Kings Kia. A salesman helped locate a vehicle. We informed him that we wanted absolutely no extended warranties or "protection plans". We went in to do paperwork. The salesman went to run the paper work leaving the three of us at a desk. Little did we know, a salesman "pretending" to work at the desk next to ours, was eavesdropping on our conversation. When our salesman came back, $2500.00 of "extra equipment" was added to the price. I asked what it was for and was told it was for the "extended warranty". I immediately balked and said no way. He went back to the office. Again, another salesman was eavesdropping on our private conversation. He proceeded to run back and tell the manager what we were talking about. The sales manager came out, introduced himself and proceeded to tell me, "According to what I've been told, you don't like car salesman." This was part of a private conversation I was having with my family while another salesman eavesdropped on our conversation! I asked why a warranty was added to the price. He told me, "Nobody would by a used car without a warranty". I told him I did not want a warranty and was offended that it was added to try and slip it by us. He rolled his eyes and I walked out. My wife soon followed, and my wife and I proceeded to have a discussion outside. The sales manager came out and told us other employees told him what we were discussing! We were eavesdropped on again! The sales manager then proceeded to openly mock me in front of my family when I confronted him about that and the dishonest sales tactics. He then said I could leave and he could sell the car to a "nice" customer. We went another Kia dealer and bought a nearly identical vehicle from a professional staff. We were not insulted or lied to. I would not recommend Kings Kia used car sales to anyone! read more

This used to be a nice place to go for service, and I enjoyed buying my Cadenza there. I don't know what happened, but it has changed completely. The service people were inattentive and every service person there averted their eyes when I approached. Just terribly managed. I was told my service was going to take 1.5 hours and I was there for over three hours. The only time my service person spoke to me was to inform me that I needed a thousand dollars worth of new tires. Then, he evaporated. After waiting twice the length of time I was told, I walked out of there $1,300 dollars later without so much as a "we're sorry." Screw that. if you are expecting to be treated like a human being- forget it. One of the worst experiences of my life. Not buying another Kia when I get rid of this one. terrible dealership. I had a great experience at Kings Kia. I actually walked in knowing the vehicle I wanted and a price pre-negotiated for me with a credit union. Greg was my sales associate and showed me the car I was interested in, features of the one on the floor, and started talking negotiation of my trade in. I did not intend on driving out with the car that day, though the process was so easy and I was happier with the deal than I thought. Before I knew it I had bought a car! Greg was helpful in taking us back to parts to get the floor mats I wanted and set up with financing and paperwork. Managers were friendly and helpful as well. I bought a 2013 Kia Optima, I purchased it on a Saturday due to only having 1 loan officer and tons of buyers they offered for me to drive home in it with dealer tags and come back in the morning to sign the paperwork and I agreed. Upon returning on Sunday I had realized the exact same car I just purchased in Silver was available in Black Cherry not being a huge fan of Silver I thought I was just going to have to get used to it. No, my husband asked out of curiousity if it was possible to switch and they did it I was so Amazed and have been so happy with my purchase and better color since. I loved the service i got from kings kia! If you do go to kings kia to purchase a car i recommend asking for ANDRE RODRIGS! he was very straight up with me and helped me tremendously! When i first went to kings kia i only test drove one car a 2009 kia spectra which me and my boyfriend both fell in love with thought before i could make a commitment on anything i had to have my father approval he is very smart with cars and i wasn't comfortable making the decision without him. Andre first offered that i could take the car to him thought he woks in ky so i did not. But i would not be back with my father till Sunday which was 5 days away and not being able to put a deposit on the car i was nervous that it would sell before then. so andre scheduled me for 10am on Sunday and assured me that i wold be his first apt for that day. when sunday came we went in and was greeted by andre who then explained that he also has 4 other kia spectras within my price range as well and that the kia i was looking at WAS still on the lot he explained that he has not shown anyone else this car so it would be here for me when i got back. so since i have already drove the car i let my dad drive it this time and look at it which he agreed it was also a very good car. THE BUYING PROCESS! Andre also made this go very smoothly for me and my dad the 2009 kia spectra was priced at $6,900 andre managed to get it down to $6,500 which if i had the money the car was worth 7000 it was in AMAZING condition with low mileage. i also but a 1500 down payment on it and the first estimate was $198/mo for 36 months which i was ok with then we went in to figure out all the last details of the financing and Whitney who was handling that aspect ended up getting us a MUCH better rate and got my monthly payment down to $175/mo 36 month which i was VERY pleased with! after that i signed the papers and left VERY happy. AFTER the next day i got a voicemail from andre explaining that they are currently trying to get a second pair of keys from the last owner for me and also explained that he looked into the car i purchased some more and found that right before i bought the car they put all new brakes on the car and changed about 4 different belts. overall i was very pleased even AFTER i purchased the car he called to follow up with a update which he didn't need to do THANK YOU ANDRE WHITNEY AND KINGS KIA FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! read more

Worst dealership ever. The sales manager, Rob, tried to charge me to fix a tear in the cars upholstery before I even bought it! Then I was only given one key, and had to call several times and argue with them to make me a second key, which they were contractually obliged to do. I was told they'd mail me a manual for my car, and they never have. The sales staff and even sales manager won't return phone calls after you've signed the paperwork and they've gotten their money. To top it all off they called me dishonest because they were trying to weasel out of making me a second car key. They're the worst, shop anywhere else in King's auto mall but here! read more

I also agree with Aaron H. I had Greg as our salesmen too. I was promised to have my Wheel lock installed, have my car detailed and Greg will give me the wheel lock wrench/key by the time I picked up my car. However, none of the service has been done. I had to go there twice in order to get my car done. The first trip, he detailed my car but he said he didn't have the wheel lock available. Thus he promised to fill my tank on my second trip there. The second trip, he told the service manager to install it but I never got my gas. He also promised me that once the purchase was done, he will deal with the plate number and have it send to the Kings Kia. But it never happened. I called Greg and he constantly denying about what he had said before I purchased the car. His attitude also changed from pleasant to confrontational and rude after I asked him about the license plate. Thus, up until now, I haven't receive any information regarding to my license plate. It definitely left me a very bad impression with Kings Kia. I am not even sure that they will change my oil for free, as they promised they would. read more

Worked with Brad and Greg on purchasing a new Soul. Both were very helpful and friendly. Brad made sure Greg was there to take care of me while he was out sick. I especially liked Greg who made the negotiating and paperwork breeze by with personality and jokes. They had to look across the country for the very specific car I wanted. They found and delivered it in one day! Great overall experience! I will say that going in on a week day when you're not in a time crunch really makes the usually-dreaded experience more enjoyable. read more

I'm going to be honest with good faith. I got in a 2008 dodge nitro with 148,000 miles they had for sale and upon me starting up the vehicle it wouldn't start up for the TEST DRIVE .....so then the service guy brought out something to jump start the battery.(red flag#1) It started at that point and me and the ride along sales person took the SUV for a test drive. Upon further inspection as I'm driving I noticed that the WINDSHIELD glass was cracked.(red flag #2) then we came back to the dealership. So the sales lady said they would take care of them 2 issues. I had a trade-in 2004 ford ecape with 182,000 miles on it with a rebuilt transmission & fairly new snow tires on it. I was willing to accept a trade In value of aleast $5,000 knowing the going market is $7,000 the dealer only wanted to give me $857.00 a major insult. I was gonna put the value of 5,000 with additional 4,000 to pay in full for the dodge. The dealer(manager) never introduced himself to me and kept sending the sales lady to me to give me a false sense of hope that made me more upset when I was ready to leave she kept telling me what number was i thinking about. I was going to give them my business on one of the COLDEST days here in Cincinnati temperatures below freezing and they had me come there for no reason other than to waste my time. And I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. read more

Just a warning to all customers looking to lease, they will not tell you up front but they put a $400 disposition fee into your turn-in if you don't re-lease a Kia when you turn in. We leased two cars back-to-back over 6years, no problems or complaints during our leasing with the dealership or the cars. We turned the last Sorrento in close to 10k under in miles. We never received a penny back for that (didnt expect it). Then I get a bill two months later stating we owe this $400 fee since we didn't lease another KIA, which is $100 more than a monthly payment on the car. This is no way to keep loyal customers and actually closes the door on us ever considering KIA in the future. read more

We paid $10,000 dollars for a car that had a faulty component and they couldn't even make a phone call. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They either blatantly lied to me or just don't care about living up to what they say. My grandfather purchased a used Kia Soul from Andrew B. a few weeks ago. He purchased it for me to help with me get back on my feet after leaving a very bad and abusive relationship (which also meant I had to leave behind belongings/car/career,etc. My whole life has had to start over). We went in with a budget and were very straightforward with how much we wanted to spend. We were sold the Soul for our maximum amount willing to spend and was told that everything was in good condition and in good working order. Andrew stated that day that his managers REALLY wanted to move the car off of the lot and that lots of work had been done to it to have it up to standard. We negotiated for what I thought was a very fair price and WE PAID FOR IT IN FULL THAT DAY. One of the reasons I liked the car was the Bluetooth option (would be great as I travel a lot for work now) and we were told it worked great.This was in fact not true. Within three days of driving off of the lot the LED display showing the radio station, menu options, programming options, time, temp, and current functions no longer lit up. After the car warmed up it would pop on and off. Additionally, the car was programmed to speak in Spanish and I could not get the display to stay on long enough to program it to English, to pair my phone, or even see what radio station was being played. No ability to program the time. Sure, everything worked but I could not SEE what was happening. Of course, this was not covered by the warranty. We shook on the price being told that everything would work. THREE DAYS!. I called Andrew and he told me to schedule an appointment with their service department and then with the user car manager Frank or Brian (he said either one). That he was "positive" they would make it right. I made the calls. Had to leave a message for the manager, Frank. Service called me back but I never heard from a manager. I made an appointment to have service look at it and pinpoint the problem but they could not see me for over a week. I made the appointment. Almost two weeks at this point, the display came on once for a few minutes. On the day of the appointment Service said I would need to replace the WHOLE radio (which includes all of the component connectors for Bluetooth, USB, and auxiliary). I was told THEY would speak to the managers to work something out Still no call back, by the way. Not even to confirm that my message was received. Service called me back three days later (almost three weeks from the date of purchse now). She said that the used car manager would only agree to cover the cost of labor at 99$ but I would have to purchase a new radio for 400$ (200-300$ used...maybe). I called the OTHER used car manager, Brain. Left another message. Just wanted to see if we could work something else out as I felt this was unfair. No return phone call. From anyone. I called again two days later and left a message on the general dealership voicemail explaining how I felt I was being ignored, how upset I was, and how all I really wanted to do was have the situation explained to me. NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK! So, in the end... My 92 year old wonderful and kind Grandfather paid $10,000 to help get back on my feet. We paid for the car in full and was told everything worked great. In fact the display was fine on the day of the test drive. Very strange. Three days later it just stopped working. It has not come on since then. No one has ever called me to explain their decision, to apologize for the inconvenience, or even recognize that I had a concern. So either THEY KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND THEY LIED or THEY DONT CARE THAT THE COMPONENT WAS IN FACT FAULTY BECAUSE THEY ALREADY GOT THE MONEY... For $10,000 I deserve at least a phone call. We bought a used 2013 Kia Sorento in November 2015 and they were very nice during the purchasing process which makes sense. The problem is that soon as we informed them, 3 months later that the car's left blinker stopped working they charged us to take a look at it. Apparently the car had the intermittent issue when we purchased it but we were not informed and they told us that it would cost us approximately $800 to fix, utterly ridiculous. Now on Father's Day (Yesterday) we were pulled over because our window tint was too dark (only letting 18% light through the tint) on our front windows and windshield. We told the officer that we bought the car with the tint already on it from the dealership. After he printed off a $130.00 CITATION they we have to pay for, he also told us that since we bought the car like that the dealer, the dealership should pay for it because it is ILLEGAL for a car to be sold with ILLEGAL TINT and he printed a document as reference to the dealer. I went to the dealership and the sales manager told me that it was not their problem and they are not responsible for that. I have called Kia and left a voicemail for the GM of Kings Kia and I am waiting for a call back. This is unbelievable that they put people in these types of situations! read more

We first visited Kings Kia in August as we were cap shopping around Kings Automall and we were trying to wittle down the list of cars we were interested in. our list at the time in order was 1)Honda Accord, 2)Toyota Camry, 3)Hyundai Sonata, 4)Ford Fusion/Taurus, 5)Nissan Altima. Kia was not even on the list. As we looked around and talked to some different sales people we eliminated the Nissan. On our way out I suggested that we look at Kia as I have a few friends who own optima's and credenza's. I was very impressed with the exterior of the optima and I was approached by Greg and I politely told him I was just looking around and he said that was nice, but he was going to grab the key just in case I wanted to sit in the optima (my wife hadn't even gotten out of our car). Greg gave me the remote and told me to go ahead and have a seat and check it out. The minute I sat inside I fell in love with the car and ran over to get my wife so she could take a look. She was equally impressed. We told Greg again that we were NOT ready to buy that we were just checking things out. Greg was an outstanding professional and answered all of our questions and stayed with us for about 40 minutes he never pressured us or acted like we were taking up or wasting his time. We found ourselves back at Kings Kia about 11 months earlier then we expected. We met again with Greg around 5 o'clock in the evening on Monday September 23rd. We decided to not only buy the optima, but to also lease a soul. Since we were getting two vehicles and trading two vehicles the transaction took us well past closing. Greg and Laura in finance stayed with us the entire time and made sure we were comfortable and Greg made sure both vehicles were clean and fueled up for delivery, the plats were transferred and he covered all of the features for both vehicles (well after he was supposed to be off). We LOVE our Kia Optima and our Kia Soul and we would HIGHLY recommend Kia to anyone wanting a Kia or a new or used car. Thank you for a great car buying experience. read more

The worst experience I have ever had from salesman to General Manager. Unprofessional behavior from beginning to end. They could care less about the customer. They only care about the deal. The General Manager finally admitted to all the problems. My deal is done and wish I never did it with this dealership. My only hope is that the dealership get their act together and no one ever agains has to go through what I went through. read more

Spent 2 months traveling around the city researching different SUVs and crossovers. Narrowed it down to the Chevy Equinox and Kia Sorento. Both Sweeney Chevrolet and Kings KIA had knowledgeable salesmen both of them were helpful without being pushy or critical of other dealerships or cars. They gave us time and space to discuss our needs and price ranges. It came down to the KIA having the best deal for us. Our salesman there, Steve, was a professional all the way. Everything was handled quickly ,although you do have to do the dance of going thru the manager for some of the discounts, which they gave us everything we qualified for. Here 's hoping the service dep. works just as well when we need them. read more

When I purchased my new Forte, I choose a car that had a transportation ding on the hood. The manager showed me the damage and told me that they would replace the new hood for me at no cost. I scheduled a time that would work the best for me. They put me in a demo car for the week the hood was being replaced. I was really impressed that the demo car was the nicer, sports edition of the model I purchased. Everything about the service process was simple and pleasant. read more

I'm very satisfied with my purchase experience and I feel like I got a good deal. The car had some dings in it from hail damage, which they agreed to fix at no cost, so I had to take it back in about a week later to get them removed. The person who normally fixes dents was out, and they had to send it out somewhere for the repairs. When we called later in the day to find out when it would be ready, they couldn't find it! No one knew where it was. It took them a while to track it down and get back to us. Who knows when we would have gotten it back if we hadn't called. I've had my car for about 6 months now, and a service light came on recently, so I called the Service department and they gave me an 8:00AM appointment. I got there before they opened and was the second customer there. I told them I needed the car back ASAP, as it is our only vehicle and my husband has health issues, and I was assured that they would have it back to me by the end of the day unless a part needed to be ordered. When I didn't hear back from them by 1PM, my husband called to find out when it would be ready - they hadn't even looked at it yet. Why give me an appointment for 8:00AM if they're going to let it sit there? After my husband became irate with them because of the delay, the car was finally checked out - it turned out to be something simple that took all of a minute to fix after running the diagnostics. I don't feel confident I would have gotten my car back that day if my husband had not called. This is not our first Kia, and not the first time we have had an unpleasant experience with the Service Department. I will give them a 3 because I had a good purchase experience and I'm otherwise happy with the car, but poor experiences with Service. read more

I first started looking for a new car a few months ago. I had heard great things about Kia's so I decided to start there and that was actually the only place I went! I had Sam Bosley as a salesman and he was GREAT - 5 STARS!! He wasn't pushy, he was there to listen to what I wanted, he answered all my questions and when I didn't know if I wanted it or not, he let me take it home for the night! The next day I brought it back and purchased it, a 2014 Kia Sportage and I LOVE it!! I also purchased the "Total Vehicle Protection" Plan, which is an additional $895.00! They said they would call me to set up my appointment, so I waited and they called and I brought it over one morning about 2 weeks later. When I purchased the protection plan I was told by the GENERAL MANAGER OR OWNER & MY SALESMAN that I would get a loaner car all day (that they would provide to me) and then I would pick it up that same afternoon when it was finished. When I dropped my car off, Kia made ME pay for a rental car (insurance plus gas) REMEMBER I JUST BOUGHT A $25,000 CAR FROM THEM AND THIS PACKAGE! Then I called to come pick it up and it was going to take an extra hour then what they told me, did they call and tell me? Nope, good thing I called them!! When I called the SERVICE MANAGER, he was the RUDEST person I have ever met, he was degrading, he tried to BLAME me and told ME I was misinformed about EVERYTHING. It was terrible! So, needless to say, everything was great until I had to deal with the service department, terrible!!! I would recommend Sam but that's about it!!!!! read more

Like the other reviewers, every thing seemed fine until the haggling began and the usual "Let me go talk to my manager" routine. After sitting there for way too long while the salesperson made several visits to the manager, we reached an agreement that included filling the nearly empty gas tank. The vehicle needed some small fixes they agreed to, so I picked it up a few days later. The tank was still nearly empty, but it took so long to get everything finalized I decided to leave it alone. The main fix was a broken air filter cover. They replaced the cover, but when I went to change the filter recently I realized three of the four holes for the bolts that hold the cover were also broken. They put the new cover on, put one bolt in and never said a word. Car is running a lot better now that I have the filter sealed as well. The car is currently (less than a year later) at the mechanic because it is leaking freon and needs a new compressor. The salesman made a point to say how cold the A/C was when I test drove it. My guess is they topped it off so it was cold enough to test drive. Of course I don't have proof, but then I have no reason to trust them either. read more
