He ate perhaps three pieces, then put the rest in the fridge since it was so late in the evening. Next day, he called to discuss with the owner; she offered to return the entire cost of the WHOLE meal if he would bring down the remainder of the meal that he didn't finish. He told her he eaten a few pieces and said all he wanted was the cost of his one dish reimbursed as a credit, and we would dine in next time. He made the 20-minute drive down to return the remainder of the meal in question; she looked in the container and clucked her tongue at him and said he had eaten most of it, she would not reimburse anything. Utterly humiliating way to treat lifelong customers. We're done.

We are from Keene NH and we have ordered from this place for years, and they have never once gotten an order right. Tonight was the last straw, as we placed an order at 4:50pm for delivery, and at 6:15pm the order had not arrived. We then offered to go pickup the order, and were assured it was ready, but once we got there we then waited another 10 minutes, only to find out they didn't even have it ready. We canceled the order as we had to go to work. The place was filled with frustrated customers, also canceling their orders after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. From past experience, when we actually had the privilege of getting the food we ordered, it was at best mediocre. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more
