When I walked in, there was a lady there calmly telling them they ruined her coat and they were just yelling at her that she was wrong. Then they told me it would take 3+ days to clean my two suits and two dress shirts. AND they wanted to charge me just shy of $50 for the six pieces. I saw that and asked to have my clothes back so I could go back to my regular cleaner. They started yelling and cursing at me, but eventually gave me my clothes back.
