I really enjoyed the pork rolls and the absolute standout was the KFC dumplings, which we ordered as a bit of a joke, but the chicken katsu was light and fried perfectly with a well balanced spicy mayo sauce paired with it. The AYCE also comes with a couple caveats. You're limited to 10 pieces of sashimi and 10 pieces of sushi- you can get as many maki/hand rolls as you'd like. So keep that in mind. I've never had a wait at Firudo and the staff is attentive. It's very clearly a family run business, which I appreciate. As long as you don't go expecting Jiro dreams of sushi, I think you'll have a great meal.
