Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Since…read morethen I have spent almost $5k in repairs, the most recent being the water & auxiliary pumps and sensor all having to be replaced. Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!

I've been putting off buying a car for months because I wasn't looking forward to the experience (being held captive for hours). However, I was pleasantly surprise. I test drove the car, agreed to the terms, paid and drove home. No waiting, no wheeling and dealing. Just a quick straight forward exchange. It was a great experience, as far as car buying goes, and I recommend A-1 Auto wholeheartedly. I love my car, I love the deal, I love this place.

I went to this dealership to look at 2022 Trail Boss. once I got there the salesman wasn't taking…read moreme seriously. I examined the truck and it was 7 thousand dollars more than the online price. I told him I was no longer interested because the miles were too high for the price they wanted. His response was something along the lines of "well you knew how many miles it had before you came down to see it" which was true, but I wasn't expecting the window sticker to be 7 thousand dollars more than what they had on CARFAX. He doubted me again when told him I'd rather buy one brand new, because he saw me roll up in a 2008 Titan, but that's exactly what I did. So the one star review is for false advertising and the salesman being a smart-ass.

**Beware when purchasing a used vehicle from Legend Auto.**…read more We purchased a 2018 BMW from Legend Auto, and the very next day we discovered a major coolant leak as well as issues with the A/C system. Since purchasing the vehicle, we have had to take it in for multiple repairs related to the same system, with the total cost now exceeding **$6,000**. When we contacted the dealership to see if they would work with us on the issue, they were unwilling to help and repeatedly relied on the fact that the vehicle was sold **"as is."** What is especially concerning is that we were told the vehicle had been inspected. However, when we took it to a mechanic afterward, we were shown dried coolant residue consistent with a previous leak. That raised serious concerns for us about whether the issue was actually new when we purchased the vehicle. I understand that used vehicles can have unexpected problems and that "as-is" purchases come with risks. However, spending over $6,000 shortly after purchasing a vehicle because of problems with the same system, combined with the dealership's unwillingness to work with us, was extremely frustrating. **I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected by your own mechanic before purchasing from this dealership.** - Also beware of Ben, great sales guy but not honest and will ask you to leave a positive review at the time of purchase.
