I found out their hours and went to stand in line on a Tuesday morning before they opened. I was second in line at 7:30. By 7:55 there were 12-15 people in line behind me. They took my keys and information and said they'd call when they had an idea of what was wrong. I stopped by at 4:30pm that day and they said they were about to call me. There was an issue with the cv axels in my car. They didn't even charge me to look at the car (YMMV there). They said they'd figure out a quote to do the repair but that the car was mine to take right then since I was on foot. They texted the next day saying that the car needed cv axels on both sides and they gave me a price out the door. I said to go ahead and order the parts. I was in line again the next day. This time I was first in line and by the time they opened there were about 10 people behind me. Moral of the story here - Tuesdays are busy because that's their first open day of the week. By 11am that day, my car was fixed. They charged exactly the quoted amount and I haven't had any issues since. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area. As long as you're ok with a "stand in line" type of situation instead of making a reservation, this is easily the best/most honest mechanic in the area.

The franchise owner/manager is on site and working alongside the other grease monkeys. They recommended c couple of services I turned down but they did show me the dirty air filter and cabin filter and asked if I wanted to replace them. Of course. DeeDee, the cashier, was very helpful. The work was done in less than 15 minutes. A tip: check on line for a discount coupon before you go. I saved $25 with it. But you have to tell DeeDee that you have a coupon. She is not allowed to ask. As you depart, DeeDee will wish you a blessed day. And we all need one of those.

I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. They must be hurting for business and I see why. I will not return.

They've been extremely honest with me and at times told me I really didn't need to do any of the repairs the dealers were recommending. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee either although this may be a case by case basis. They are pretty much the opposite of a standard garage. There's no pretty waiting room where you can have your coffee and connect to the free wifi while they work. It's much more of a down-to-earth no frills ride here. I've also gotten a little bit of work done here and had no issues with the service or pricing . They seem to be pretty competitive although maybe pricier for oil changes. It's not a huge garage so you may have a hard time sometimes getting someone on the phone and they do get busy, so you can't just drop in anytime expecting to get help. After their "diagnostic," I was told my rotors were warped and agreed to repairs totaling about $2,200, believing they had actually identified the problem I came in for. They didn't. The original noise, wobble, and vibration were still there. I brought the car back, and suddenly they discovered that my driveshaft was completely loose--and now I'm being quoted another $1,500+ just for the part. How does a shop perform a diagnostic for noise, wobbling, and vibration and completely miss a major driveline issue? I spent thousands of dollars based on their diagnosis, the actual problem was never fixed, and now I'm expected to spend thousands more for something that should have been identified the first time. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. I would not trust this shop with another repair.

They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.
