He communicated effectively and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. He seemed to struggle a bit. We noticed him checking his phone often and we wondered if he was watching videos to try and learn how to do the job. We think the request may have been outside of his scope of practice. He was unable to make the repairs or provide an assessment. We ended up taking the car to a shop the next day. We think Brandon would be good for small task/ basic repairs. Nevertheless we compensated him for his time.

I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

He said it will be $80 then the day before he was post to come out he raise the price double from which he already quoted me on. Stating that he is still cheaper than the shops. That I'm not going to find anybody cheaper. Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. The guys were slammed and the owner rolled his sleeves up to handled the job! I got my car back the next day versus having to wait a week! Now that is making sure your clients are treated as a priority!!

Update! Kevin contacted me, via text after reading the…read morereview, asking that I take the review down and allow him an opportunity to come back out and look at the vehicle, free of charge. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

A quick online search pointed us to All Pro Muffler & Brake Shop. They were quick to answer our slightly-panicked phone call and agreed to let us drop our Honda Odyssey off at their shop while we were traveling. They fixed the brake issue - thankfully without having to replace the rotors - and the van now drives like new! Additionally, they were VERY accommodating to our travel situation. They even drove our van to the long-term parking as we requested. We were thrilled to return from our vacation to find our van in perfect shape! The staff at this shop are honest and have, we feel, the utmost integrity. They could have taken advantage of our precarious situation -- instead, they treated us as they would have treated a long-time client and friend. Their prices were extremely reasonable and comparable to what we would see in our own small hometown. All of the reviews are true, these guys are 1) honest, and 2) experienced.
