Prices on some items were a little higher than expected, but given they're local, I didn't mind paying a bit extra--it feels good to support nearby farmers and makers. That said, there are a few things I'd probably skip. One thing to note: they add a $1 fee for card transactions, so if you want to avoid that, bring cash!

I was unsure of how much my items actually cost until I got to the register and was a little baffled at the price point. I plugged it into my Maps app and got there fairly easily. We were greeted as we walked in and directed to the back for my houseplant goodies, but I ended up walking down most of the aisles because this place is a DREAMLAND of plants. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us, but he told me about his carnivorous plants and local plant sales in the area since I'm still fairly new to Omaha. Prices were very affordable comparing to online shops. It's difficult to make store comparisons as they really don't have much in the way of competition for most of the products. I thought they were reasonable and in some cases, significantly less expensive than I expected. Happy to give this place my business for all of my houseplant needs!

The staff is always helpful and the prices are reasonable. They immediately greet you as you walk in and ask if you need assistance. For example, if you don't have a clue what type of grass seed to use under a shade tree, they have the answer. If you don't have a tree to plant grass under, they have trees too. You need grass sod? Yep, they got it. Also, there's a good selection of organic fertilizers to choose from if you want to go that route. In the fall, they have tulip bulbs a plenty to throw in the ground for gorgeous garden color in the spring!

There's some one of a kind items here that I've not seen before anywhere! We had had plenty of help walking around with excellent customer service. I bought some cool woven rope bird houses-can hardly wait to see if they get occupied! We bought a couple planters & they have a good selection of garden decor. The only thing we were unable to find was basil but nbd. I believe their plants maybe a dollar or so higher than other similar stores, but they sure look pretty!
