Rudest, monotone pharmacist she's ever dealt w/. He tells her that they cant get any meds bcuz they need to call his doctor. She asked him, how were they going to send a request 4 the other 3 meds that they'd just sent thru 4 them 2 send a request to the doctor? He said, " U weren't. I don't have the doctors fax #, so you'll have 2 call.". Now as long as we've been dealing w/ pharmacies, I know this isn't true & so does she. Just plain laziness. So she asked him, so if we didnt call, how were we supposed 2 know that my brother needed to perform this task in order 2 obtain his meds? He says, "U wouldnt.". So she asked 4 his name & he tells her "Pharmacist.". The level of control that I know she had 2 maintain in order 2 stay as polite as necessary had 2 be unbelievable. My question is, what's the point in dealing w/ the neighborhood pharmacy if the pharmacist has no desire 2 assist the community? Some older folks don't even understand things like this or know how or what needs 2 be done 2 get their medications that keep them alive. It's ridiculous. My question to Shai was "do you contact customer with this important information"? Shai replied "customers normally don't pick up the same day they have a prescription filled." I was shocked to say the least. I asked if it could be transferred to another pharmacy and he printed out a copy and said, " here you go". I asked, "would the new pharmacy need anything else besides this piece of paper to fill my much needed prescription"? No,not to my knowledge was his reply. Ofcourse he was wrong... i get all the way to another pharmacy and they weren't able to fill it without it being transferred.

I needed to purchase some Magnesium but I wasn't sure the actual type of Magnesium. I really didn't know that there were specific types. The employee behind the counter gave me a list of the various types of Magnesium so I took that list to figure out what I needed exactly. I was told that they have a whole range of Magnesium. So I did a little bit of research and came back about an hour later. The same friendly pharmacist was still there. She gave me advice about the Magnesium Citrate and how this can help my digestive tract. She also advised me about potential complications which was very helpful.
