Arrived perfectly on time. Diagnosed the issues. And was able to install a new garage door opener then and there. He explained the different models and the pros and cons of each. I chose the model with battery backup, keypad install and quiet motor. I'm very happy with Jalen's recommendation. I appreciated his friendly but professional service.
