She said she can do it both during the same appointment but will need to charge it to insurance for different days. I didn't mind so I set the appointment. After I hung up, I realized that I didn't need to get a pap this year so... 12:18PM: I called her to change the appointment and make sure the appointment is only for an annual physical. She said "ok just tell the office when you're here that day". I wanted to make sure that it's on the record that I'm only coming for the annual physical (and NOT the pap also) since I don't want her to charge my insurance for both visits. I don't think she understood my concern because she explained to me that she cannot confirm whether my insurance will charge me or not. A few hours later, I decided it was probably better to find a doctor closer to me so... 2:05PM: I called the office again and it went to voicemail. She called me back right away from another number and just said "yeah?".... so unprofessional that she didn't say who she was but I recognized her voice. I said "I have a June 8 appointment and I'd like to cancel it please." And she said "yeah that's fine" and hung up without confirming anything else. I tried calling her back but she didn't pick up.
