I was in 6 times today shopping. This was my first time in this store. 1. Its laid out weird and not very user friendly. I had a hard time locating items and finding my way around. 2. Out of all the employees I interacted with today. Whether asking for help finding stuff or checking out and bagging, only 2 werehelpful and friendly. Apparently this king soopers doesn't care how their employees interact with customers. People doing the in store shopping seemed put out if I asked them a question and many times I was sent to wrong aisles to look for stuff. None of them.offered to help me find anything. A guy who was stocking freezer products however was very helpful and led me to the water which for whatever reason was near produce instead of the soda like every other king soopers out there. 3. You are responsible for unloading your own car at this store. So if you have big orders be forewarned. Also only 1 of the times I came in did anyone offer to help bag. Even though I had a lot of stuff I was getting. 4. Shelves were pretty empty of a lot of items. I will not be coming back to this location again in the future. read more

This is to address the pharmacy. Absolutely unacceptable and needs new management. The pharmacy used to be outstanding. It takes DAYs to fill a script. I am currently standing in line 10 deep; 3 behind me. I see three people working, one on the phone and nobody helping the line move along. This has been this way for months. Today is not an anomaly. In my opinion, the Pharmacy has plenty of business. So much so that they can't seem to fill prescriptions for their existing customers. I had a new prescription sent in a week ago tomorrow and I'm sitting here next to the desk still waiting for it to be filled. WOW! I'm closer to other locations but drive the extra little bit to shop at this location if I need more than a quick item. The store is clean, well maintained, well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful and they have a lot of stuff other grocery stores don't like dishes, cookware, clothing, some furniture, etc. The produce area is really nice too - everything is well stocked and looks nice and fresh and I've never been there that an employee from that dept hasn't been there restocking items as they sell and straightening things up. They are also more than happy to answer your questions or help you find something. We get paid once a month so do the bulk of our shopping at one time and by the time we're done shopping we are usually beyond tired and generally annoyed. The shopping experience here is much better - not as chaotic or crowded and they actually have the shelves stocked unlike Walmart! read more

I hate grocery shopping and tend to bulk shop to eliminate the amount of trips to the store. BUT I somehow find myself here 2-3 times a week without stress. By far, this location is the best grocery store here in Greeley. I also appreciate that it goes beyond just groceries. There is a huge section of home items, appliances, toys, clothing/shoes, and seasonal items, making this a one-stop type of establishment for any home/kitchen goods. The store is super clean and everything is very well-maintained and organized. The produce section is always stocked and the produce itself is quality and fresh. I frequent the meat and deli counter and customer service in these particular departments is awesome - quick service and quality meat as well. This King Soopers makes the experience quick and easy. She even goes out of her way to help when let's say you may have waited until the last minute and need something fast. I am so impressed with the Click List team. We had Chris helping us tonight. He was enthusiastic and seriously interested in our shopping experience. He introduced himself and went over all the details, offer to process coupons and put everything in the car with a smile. He asked us if we had any questions and I did. I had tried twice to add a whole turkey to my order and both times had been told they were not available. He responded that he was sure they were still in stock. 3 minutes later, he came out with a huge whole turkey and asked me if Butterball was OK - WOW! Seriously! I use click list all the time. Lets see its Covid so how about rearranging the store and Not having row signs match up with product location, that will help with getting people out of the store quickly with less exposure. And the doors on the dairy, cheese, yougurt area is a great idea, not only is there No Room and is constantly congested. It offers another surface that people can touch and spread germs. I drive from Evans to shop at this King Soopers. It is the cleanest, best customer service, and greatest prices for groceries in the Greeley area. I've recently started using ClickList, due to a car accident, and have been extremely pleased at how useful a service it is. I make my order through their app and set a pick up time. I waited 50 minutes in line to be told that a prescription they have had for two days has still not been filled. I will never use this pharmacy again. Greeley is rather small compared to megapoleis like Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Yet King Soopers on 10 St. offers many items otherwise difficult or impossible to find in the county. The shelves of "ethnic" offerings include a few common items, a few uncommon items, and a few unusual items. The flip side of the shelves (the row behind them) have a wide selection of Italian pastas and sauces. They have a fair selection of bag-them-yourself nuts, grains and dried fruits. Their selection of nuts is different from Sprouts' selection. Lots of choices of yogurt: if you cannot find vanilla yogurt at other stores in Greeley, you can almost certainly always find some here, along with just about every other flavor made by a particular brand. There is a decent selection of cheeses, a few being exceptionally good. There is also a good selection of sausages, humus, and other deli items. The deli counter offers the usual beefs, hams, and a pastrami, sliced to order. They offer head-cheese but I didn't see any blood sausage, olive loaf, or some of the other Oscar Mayer sandwich meats and farm-country stand-byes. King Soopers' fresh sea-foods all look good and smell fresh, unlike a certain other store that smells like the stagnant end of a wharf every time we visit. The meats displayed are better selected and certainly better sliced than those at many stores. The breads which are, as everywhere, advertised as "white", are as likely as not to be brown. "Country White", however, is still white bread, not brown bread. I found one brand of kimchi, advertised as "Extra Hot Kim Chee." It was not extra hot, not even just hot; and it was bitter. The ingredients listed were not included in sufficient amount to notice. The produce department overall, though small in area, is filled with fresh, clean produce. The area is well managed. King Soopers has gone a little into a department store mode, offering furniture and linens, plus what look like independent retailers, such as Starbucks. Tenth Street Kings Soopers is one of the cleanest grocery stores in Greeley, very well organized, save perhaps for the traffic confusion where the produce and cold drinks meet customer service. The prices are a bit higher than older stores. The location is ideal in terms of Greeley's directions of residential growth. In case the excitement is too much, there is an emergency service center next door. A golf course lies northwest of 72nd and 10th. Northridge high school stands a few blocks to the north. There are a few smaller stores on 10th street immediately to the east. There is plenty of parking room. In other words, the store will be a stable pillar of the community for a long time to come. read more

I was in the store today to pick up a few items. When I couldn't find one particular item, I walked to the service counter. I was told in no uncertain terms that I wasn't at the service counter. When I walked up the gentleman on the other side was in a conversation with another employee. I waited patiently and the gentleman abruptly asked, "Do you need something". I asked if he could tell me where the molasses was. I was told in no uncertain terms that customer service was at the other end, as he pointed to the sign, with a disgusted look on his face. Everyone has bad days and bad parts of their day, including me. I just don't think that customers should be treated like an intrusion rather then someone who helps pay their wage!! Greeley has always been behind the times, so we really needed this. I recently moved out farther west about a mile from this King soppers and it is everything the other reviews said it is... Clean, well maintained, great customer service and you can actually purchase things from other cultures and cuisine's in the store. It reminds me of Fred Meyer's in Seattle when I lived there, actually believe they're owned by the same company. Worst pharmacy ever. Theres always a problem. They tell you a time to pick up and either its hours later or you wait and they don't even have it in stock. Usually I just deal with it but they screwed me on meds needed absolutely every day. They said it would be ready and I show up and they don't even have it in the store. If they had just said this and not it would be ready, I may have had time to contact my doctor. The employees don't communicate with each other or their customers. Stop messing with people's health and just be honest! Absolute worst place in greeley. Save your self the time and withdrawal from meds and go somewhere else! read more

I wanted to buy a loaf of French bread. There ended up being 3 different prices One on the package, one on the signage, one at the register. After a long wait the clerk at the register received a call back from the bakery and they told her just to give it to me at the price. That was rude since I know what the price was supposed to be. I went back to the bakery 2 let them know that they need to fix the pricing on the computer. As I'm explaining what happened, and I tend to use my hands when I talk as 90% of America does., I was told by the employee at the bakery that I was being disrespectful. If anything talking back to your customer is disrespectful. A supervisor then came out and tried giving me the runaround about the pricing as well and was very demeaning in her comments to me. Obviously the manager of the store does not know what the employees nor the supervisors are telling the customers. Is the manager acting the same way? For the most part, I really enjoy shopping here. My only concern is NO ONE makes certain the wheelchairs are plugged in. The pharmacy at this location needs to be audited and have a staffing reorganization. As with the past reviews; they have made multiple mistakes and mis-management of my prescriptions. They have had my RX from doctor for more than a week and still have yet to fill it. "We have to order it". This is a basic acid reflux medication that 80% of the population uses; yet they "must order it"? (This is not a special order RX) The pharmacy staff even lied to my insurance company when it called and verified the RX was covered and it was to be filled immediately. The staff said, "We'll have it ready tomorrow." That was 3 days ago and they still do not have it filled. I just called, staff said they still needed to order it. BEWARE!!! This is the only place I like to shop in Greeley. The employees say hello, they are happy to help you find things, and the store is lovely. If more places were like this I might be tempted to stay, but so far Greeley has not impressed. King soopers makes it bearable to live here on the days I can't escape to Fort Collins. This store has everything, and very often their prices are less than walmart or target. They have tons of organic produce that is nearly the same price as the conventionally grown produce. Ok so today it was raining cats and dogs and I decided to just pop in to Safeway for my groceries as I was shopping nearby. I always shop at King Soopers usually. I will never make that mistake again! The staff was rude (aside from a nice lady at the self scan named Maria), the produce was hideous, the prices were high and they didn't have many of the items I buy on a weekly basis.
