She got everything fixed so fast, even with all the many projects, she was obviously juggling. Thank you Murphy's and especially Laura, for making all the weird start to that long work day, actually begin with exemplary customer service and a good laugh. You will never know how much your positivity, amid my dark energy day, meant- and turned everything around.

This Murphy Express offers ethanol free. However, over the past 6 months or so the pumps have been brutally slow. It practically drips out of the hose. This is especially nice when it is 5 degrees outside. So I head into the store and asked the attendant if she knew the pumps were running slow. She says yes. She explains to me this is because when it is cold outside, the ethanol free gas in the ground freezes and doesn't pump very well. I was so completely dumbfounded by this explanation, I just left. I know it's cold and it feels like it's -70.... But it's not. Sure glad the fuel in the tank didn't freeze today. I'd better go get the car in the garage before it does.

By far, this location is the best grocery store here in Greeley. I also appreciate that it goes beyond just groceries. There is a huge section of home items, appliances, toys, clothing/shoes, and seasonal items, making this a one-stop type of establishment for any home/kitchen goods. The store is super clean and everything is very well-maintained and organized. The produce section is always stocked and the produce itself is quality and fresh. I frequent the meat and deli counter and customer service in these particular departments is awesome - quick service and quality meat as well. This King Soopers makes the experience quick and easy. Overall, staff is very friendly and helpful and checkout is always fast.

The variety of fresh foods they have is incredible. We got a few things. Then went back in for dessert. The man there was extremely friendly and it seemed like he was in charge. The rest of the staff was amazing too though. The apple turnover fritter they have is insanely good. The bacon Mac with jalapeños. So good. I rarely take time to make good reviews but the overall experience, including the clean restrooms, was excellent. Saved on maps. Will be back!

My biggest issue with this place is the fact that the damn printer never works. So after you get fuel, you need to walk all the way up to the store and sometimes stand in a long line just to get your fuel receipt. Places like this don't seem to understand that professional truck drivers have to abide by H.O.S. rules. The last thing I need is a pay cut out here. Standing in line for 10 minutes or more for a simple fuel receipt is money lost.

If they had the technical know how to make their diesel pump point of sale actually work more than…read morehalf of the time and if they actually had DEF at all of the pumps where you can get diesel since most diesel engines now require DEF and if they lay down a little more concrete to minimize the dust that you have to inhale while you are getting diesel and the dust that goes into your tank while you are getting diesel and if their employees would change the printer paper out at the pump so truck drivers who are on a time limit don't have to waste time walking into the store just for their receipt, then I could actually call this place "good".
