Then I asked Binaya to get him up front, and the new guy ignored him twice. I understand that stocking is important but it wasn't food to go up front it was a bag of nuts. How do employ people that don't understand priorities. When there's a line get yourself up front, then stock later. Several p[eople were grumbling the same thing. Just terrible experience for a 7-Eleven.

I told him no and then he asked my friend the same thing in an aggressive tone, my friend responded with no as well. The man stared with anger in his eyes at us. We backed up until we were able to go down a different isle and get to a different part of the store. The man that was working at the time asked if he said or did anything weird to us and if we were uncomfortable, I told him what the man had said and that I was honestly pretty scared. The worker then told the man that he needed to leave. The man refused over and over again and started yelling. It wasn't until the worker had threatened to call the cops about 5 times for the scary man to leave. The man working made sure we were okay and also made sure we made it to our car okay. I wish I had gotten his name, but I would like to give that man that was working a shout out and a huge thank you! I didn't know what was going to happen in that situation but he did a great job looking out for us and made me feel so much safer and protected.

I'm sure it's a loss leader, but like the Costco rotisserie chickens it gets me in the door to spend money on other things. In general it is a pleasant shopping experience now that I know the store layout - it doesn't seem to get as crowded as other grocery stores and their staff are always nice. My one quibble would be with stocking of sale items - they often seem to be sold out and/or limited selection.
