Me being from NY, this is the only place around that the pizza is acceptable to my picky standard. Their specialty's are good. They actually use seasonings, good dough and ingredients. Large staff works hard in the kitchen to pump out good looking pies. I won't say everything I have ever gotten has been 10/10 but I have ordered near 100 times so they are obviously my go too down here in the south. Where a decent pizza is a needle in a haystack. The service is always kind of bland because personality is not the counter ladies strong suit. What they lack in personality and attentive customer service they make up for in great food. I've only ever gotten take out so I'm not sure about the wait service but I can say the food is probably still just as good. The amounts given are very ample and do a good job feeding many. My wife and I ate here for dinner a few days ago. Upon entering we could see that it was clean and we were greeted by a few employees. When you enter you will place your order at the register and then find your seat and they will bring the food out to you. The drinks and silverware are set up buffet style and you go get them yourself. They did have napkin dispensers on each table and will clean the tables of dishes when you are done with your meal. While waiting for our food, I noticed that it was very spacious but there were not a lot of tables. They also had some music playing that was a little bit loud and my wife and I could not really hear each other when we were talking at our table. I am not sure if it was because it was loud or just echoing due to the amount of bare space. I had the chicken alfredo and she had spaghetti and meatballs. We also order the garlic knots for an appetizer. The garlic knots were well seasoned but tasted a little bit doughy. The chicken alfredo was good. The sauce tasted well seasoned and I noticed it had some onion in it. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The spaghetti had two large meatballs on it. The meatballs and noodles were cooked good. The spaghetti sauce was ok tasting. Although the portions are a fairly large size, I did feel that the price was a little bit high for the food because some places offer a salad and a breadstick with the meal. This was our first time there and as such every time I try a new Italian restaurant I always have a go to meal, eggplant parm. The eggplant was fresh but extremally undercooked almost raw in the middle. the other true test for a good Italian restaurant is the gravy, Theirs looked and tasted like Campbells tomato soup. it was thin and watery with a bland flavor even adding garlic to it didn't improve it. I've never seen orange marinara. The pizza was average but the sauce was watery and bland. at least the crust was home made. The service was excellent. we thought the prices were a bit high for an average restaurant with no ambiance. We'll try it one more time maybe they'll improve their gravy. This is no way like NY Italian as I was told. read more

Being from New York, I have the privilege of being a self-proclaimed pizza snob. This restaurant is 100% legit. The slices are a great size. The toppings are plentiful and fresh. You fold the pizza to eat it and can hear the crackle of the crust. Even the layout has a pizzeria feel to it. This place would be just as at home in the Bronx as it is in Moncks Corner. The staff was friendly, talkative and attentive. I'll be bringing the whole clan here when they're down to visit. Highly highly highly recommended! Enjoy! read more

Delicious Italian food if you are in Summerville. I ordered the Cheese Ravioli. The flavor was wonderful and the portion was perfect. It came with a basic green salad and some fresh baked bread which all tasted wonderful. It is a small place. The make everything there on site. Sauces dough etc. my husband had pizza. Overall not too bad. The pizza was huge and heavy and filled with mozzarella and ricotta cheeses along with massive amounts of meat. Also ordered the spaghetti which is what ultimately brought my stars down from 5 to 4. The meatballs were very watery. Also like they were store bought. Which is cool in some aspects but they were pretty flavorless. The spaghetti and sauce were good tho. Not over cooked. Nice al dente bite. The tiramisu was decent. Many in our community have been singing the praises of this place, so tonight we decided to try it. I have my parents over; dad grew up in NJ so he has had some good pizza. They were astounded with how good the pizza was and had nothing but compliments for it. We ordered 3 pies, 1 extra cheese, 1 mushroom and an extra large carnivore. And they were all FANTASTIC! What made them sooo good: - Crust was perfectly firm, not to doughy, not to crackery, but just the right cook and firmness, so you could hold it with one hand properly. And the taste was excellent. - Sauce was just the right acidity and was not over done on the pizza. Again the sauce was delicious. - Toppings were fresh and the cheese was delicious as well. This is in Low Country, SC, but I swear I was eating a VERY GOOD NY pie. We are going to be a frequent customer of this place. They have the art of pizza making down. And they have nice staff as well. All in all a great experience from start to finish. And now I am hungry for some more just talking about it :) read more

Wow! Very surprised at how good the food is. The pepperoni pizza was sooooo good that the rest was breakfast. The leftovers were reheated on a pizza stone, came out with a crispy crust and was still very delicious. The Gnocchi Sorentino I had them use meat sauce and it was amazing.
